Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one up half a flight of stairs and the other down half a flight of stairs. 2nd Floor: Large bedroom with a Super King size bed. Private balcony with views over the pool and terraces, countryside and roof tops of St Maximin. Front window view over the village. Opposite smaller room with 2 single bunk beds. View over village. Shared bathroom with toilet and shower. Extra pull out single bed and cot available. Outside enormous terrace (89 square meters) with 2 large marble topped tables and forge chairs that can seat 20+ people. Large wood built in barbecue area. Room for sun-loungers, umbrellas, drinks trolley etc. Washing machine and outside clothes line. The large pool and lower terrace with tables and chairs, sun-loungers etc. is shared with our second property next door. This house is also available for rent, giving a maximum total occupancy of 18.
