Our condominium is professionally decorated with a comfortable, relaxed feel and the ambience of friendly sophistication. The unit easily accommodates a family of four to six with a master suite; bunk area; two full baths; kitchen with "eat-in" bar and spacious living area with AMAZING VIEW OF THE GULF OF MEXICO.
For your enjoyment, our condominium is equipped with 37-inch and 32-inch LCD TVs, DVDs and stereo system.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES ON BEACH LEVEL include children's water park; lazy river; li'l tots splash pad; dive-in movie; poolside bar and grill; stainless grills for cooking your own; heated pools and Jacuzzi. ALSO ON SITE--an arcade with mini bowling alley; state-of-the-art fitness facility with ocean view; covered parking; ice cream shop and deli; beach apparel and surf shop.

A deposit by credit card or check will hold your reservation. The building is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We do not rent to singles under 25.

We just returned from our family vacation. The room was everything advertised and more. It has a home feel while being at the beach. There were so many added little touches like a nite light and stool in the spare bathroom, carpet in the living room and master bedroom. The complimentary beachchair and umbrella was extremely convenient. The resort itself was wonderful. The crosswalk was not hot. It was comfortable. The pool area was clean and so much fun. My daughter loved the water park. At first she was scared of the bucket but we talked her into getting under it and then she got used to it. We never had to wait for the elevator long. We really enjoyed not having to check in. It was very convenient. It was very close to attractions, grocery stores and food options. We always enjoy eating at Mikes Diner. I especially enjoyed working with Jan. She was so helpful and friendly. She will work with your families needs and will try her best to accommodate you. She is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Ms Jan's condo and the Splash resort.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I want to encourage any family with children to stay at this resort! We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo. Everything was so nice and my daughter even commented on the decor, and she is 7! We will ABSOLUTELY be back! There were many activities for the kids, including build a buddy, shaving cream fight on the beach, sand candy, and glitter tattoos! My children's favorite was the Dive in Movie played at the Lazy River! They loved watching the movie in their raft!! Pier Park was a short drive away and had EVERYTHING to do! Thanks again for a quick holiday trip and we can't wait to come back!

I first want to start off by thanking the owners of the condo for working with us on our stay and being available and accommodating to my family & I before we even arrived. I can't say enough about how nice the condo was and how much we enjoyed our stay. This room is so nicely decorated and furnished compared to other rooms..friends of ours were staying in another room and there was no comparison! Our son keeps asking us when we're going back because he loved the bunk beds and the lazy river! It was so nice having the complimentary umbrella and chairs and knowing you didn't have to tote your own to the beach daily. Thank you again for such a nice stay!

I had seen several negative reviews regarding SPLASH, but DISREGARD any you may read! First it was very clean (the condo & Splash) and I am very picky! The condo was great, lots of room to move in more 4 or more people. Large bathrooms were nice! Had a nice handy book with info, easy to go to w/out checking in & out! Loved having the free chairs & umbrella on the beach, although the boy to find to get them was frustrating, but afterwards had set up every morning when I got there. Thank you for a wonderful 25th wedding anniversary trip!
