Full kitchen - all appliances; Wolf cooktop, marble countertop, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, utensils, wine glasses, and everything else you need in the kitchen.
There is one bathroom with EXHAUST FAN/heater, hair dryer.

The Reservation Deposit becomes the Security/Damage Deposit when you move in.
PLEASE NOTE: SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS SEPARATE FROM THE RENT, AND CAN NOT BE USED TOWARDS THE RENT. I will refund it within 14 days of check-out, less PayPal charges if over 60 days (counted from reservation dates to your check-out date).

Please note - the apartment is not child-proof.
Limited cooking allowed (it means: cook all you want as long as nobody complains and the kitchen returned to me in the original condition.

  • My daughter and I stayed here for 3 weeks! We loved the location and always felt safe. I wasn't sure about staying in such a busy area, which Lexington is, but it was ideal. Once you enter the apartment you forget your in the City. It is very quiet and sunny. Everything is close by: restaurants, grocery market, drug store, subways, you name it. Central Park is a 5 minute walk. It is in an older building, but the aparment is clean. Natasha is wonderful to work with and very pleasant. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures she has posted. My husband and I will be staying there in the near future.

  • My family just stayed here this past week. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is in an older building with rickety stairs and paint peeling in the hallways. If you ever travelled in Europe, this would be equivlent to a 3 star pensione. Although not as sterile as a hotel room, it does have old world charm. It is clean and comfortable for two adults and 2 small children. It would be perfect for a couple. 4 adults would be difficult. My wife and I went back and forth as to whether we would have perferred a hotel or this place. In the end, LOCATION won out. Very close by was a Duane Reade, Bakery (which serves breakfast), and several mom and pop grocery stores. We were 2 short blocks to the subway and got around quite easily. We also enjoyed being in a quiet (by New York City standards) area. We felt safe and appreciated the cable TV and free internet. In addition, this place gave us more room for the same rate in a hotel room. We will return. Natasha was very easy to work with.

  • The apartment was clean and bright. Natasha was extremely easy to work through the details. Our flight was four hours late, and she stayed at the apartment waiting for us! You couldn't get a better location...close to Central Park, three subway lines, lots of restaurants. The building was quiet, though there is some street noise. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend it to our friends, Bill

  • Location! Location! Location! If you want to live like a New Yorker while in Manhattan, then this is the place for you. It is exactly as described in the ad - no surprises. If you are looking for large and uber- luxury then this small apartment is not for you. However, we found it to be clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The apartment is situated in a modest building on Lexington Avenue with a great little Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The apartment is on the third floor up a funky set of stairs with real oak balustrades, probably crafted in the 20's or 30's. The apartment's three, opening, screened windows face into a sunny, treed pocket courtyard that is comprised of the rears of surrounding elegant brownstones, one of the ubiquitous Trump apartment towers and a church, such that it provides a haven for the songbirds that awoke us in the morning. Natasha is a wonderful landlady - friendly, helpful, honest and trustworthy. If she says it will be done, then it will be done. We arrived late at night and, upon prior request, she had secured some breakfast items for our first morning and then provided clear and concise directions to virtually every amenity that we would need for our week's stay (March 25-31, 2008). This experience was our first time in New York. It likely will not be our last, especially if we are able to stay in this apartment again. Jay and Judy. Calgary, Canada.

  • I understand you have other properties for rent. I am coming to NY for the 1st time in June with 3 other co-workers to tour. We are very neat,tidy non-smoking and trusting women in our 40's. We would be interested in something close to midtown,subway, and other points of interest. We would prefer to spend a total of 300-350 per night. You have come highly recommended to us.   • Some things ARE as they seem! This was our first time renting a condo in New York so we really did not know what to expect.I had never used pay pal either so I did two new things!We came to NYC just for a vacation. The Apt. was everything Natasha (the owner) said it would be.She was very easy to deal with and did everything she said that she would.We would come back to this rental or her other one in a heartbeat. Natasha is honest and is doing this business well.The Apt. was clean,the beds were comfortable,the elevators were fast and the staff was great!My only complaint? She only had 3 days available for us,We could have stayed a month! When visiting New York we plan to keep her name,We felt like we were staying at a friends house! If you are wondering(I did when I read these)I am for real.I only met Natsha for the first time this week.I am a Realtor and referral is everything to me.I believe in shouting about a job well done.My letters are some of my best advertising and I appreciate people taking the time to let me know when they think I served them well.So just email me and I will be happy to call you and tell you anything else you need to know.Me,my husband,my daughter and mom all say "THANKS" Natasha for helping us have a great time in the big apple,we hope to see you again sometime!   • Our group of 5 stayed at this condo during the first week of June. The apartment was extremely clean and the amenities offered were above our expectations. The owner was easily accessible and trustworthy. Great view of the Statute of Liberty, one block away from Battery Park and within a 5 minute walk of several subway stops. Highly recommended. Next time in NYC, we'll be staying here again!

  • I cannot say enough about how accommodating the owner was! We were scheduled to stay on a weekend where all flights to New York were cancelled and could not get there during the period we had booked with her for - she was kind enough to refund the deposit because of the extenuating circumstances. She was fair and lovely to deal with. There is no doubt that I will be booking with her again as soon as I can get back out there! It is very rare to deal with someone this great from afar during a stressful travel situation! Book this place if you can!
