Probably the best area you can find - I often see celebrities in the restaurants right next to the apartment.
Only a couple of blocks away from Central Park and former Plaza Hotel where horse carriages will take you for a ride in Central Park.

CONDITIONS:
Reservations require $300 payable by cash, check, money order, or PayPal (thru PayPal, you can use credit cards, or transfer from bank account).
Cancel (in whole or partially):
before 30 days, $150 charge;
within 30 days, forfeit deposit.
Rent is due 14 days before arrival.
The Reservation Deposit becomes the Security/Damage Deposit when you move in.
PLEASE NOTE: SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS SEPARATE FROM THE RENT, AND CAN NOT BE USED TOWARDS THE RENT. I will refund it within 14 days of check-out, less PayPal charges if over 60 days (counted from reservation dates to your check-out date).
Please note - the apartment is not child-proof.
Limited cooking allowed (it means: cook all you want as long as nobody complains and the kitchen returned to me in the original condition.
NO SMOKING/NO DRUGS PERIOD. MUST BE NEAT.
