The rental is for the first floor of a duplex, three bedrooms, one bath, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, deck with table and chairs, 35-foot boat dock, Waverunner/Jet Ski lift, high-speed internet access using your own computer with a network connection. There is a 32" HDTV in the living room and two of the bedrooms have 19-inch color TVs in them, all of TVs have cable with HBO, the one in the living room has a VCR and DVD player, there are also multiple movies and cartoons for kids for those rainy days.
Beach badges are provided for Long Beach Island.
Minutes to Long Beach Island, approximately 30 minutes to Atlantic City. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds in them, the third has two single beds, and in the living room, there is a queen-size sofa bed. No smoking is allowed inside; please use outside deck.
Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and everything you would need just as if you were home. For those of you that enjoy outdoor cooking there is a Weber gas barbecue grill.
