This magical beach house with two master bedroom suites, each with its own private deck, is located on the ocean in beautiful Malibu. The residence is centrally located just minutes north of the world famous Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica and a few miles south of the Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach.
This home was totally remodeled last year with new kitchen and baths and professionally decorated with high-end furniture and artwork.
There are endless restaurants and dining experiences for all tastes within a few minutes drive and a few miles from the exciting and colorful Venice Board-Walk and Santa Monica Pier Amusement Park.
You can sit on any of three beach front decks overlooking the water and view the sea-life including the dolphins and seals playfully interacting. Just down the beach and within view of the beachfront decks is the world-famous Topanga Beach surfer's paradise and a few more minutes south is Sunset Beach, made famous by the Beach Boys.
With private stairs down to the sand, this is a peaceful and romantic home where time loses all meaning.
