Everything is brand new in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome. This unit has been completely remodeled.
Beachwalk Condominium is just steps away from the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches." A short walk of five minutes and you are in the sun, sand and surf. Beachwalk is located on the West end of Panama City Beach and is one mile west of Highway 79 off of Back Beach Road.
Our two bedroom, two bath townhome is very spacious with 1100 square feet of living space. It is nice to be able to pull right up to the front door and park. The two bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bath and a stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, vanity and dressing area. A balcony that overlooks the tennis court is off of the master bedroom.
The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. Both bedrooms have very spacious closets. They share a full bath located in the hallway. The main level has a full bath, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, and very large dining and living area combined. The sofa folds out to a queen-size sofa sleeper. There is a 32 inch wide screen television. Sliding glass doors open onto a patio. This is a very private and quiet home away from home.
The swimming pool is just steps out of the front door along with shuffleboard courts. The beach is just a five minute walk down the private pathway that says Beach Access. If you like tennis, our unit is center court.
Beachwalk is at the quiet end of the beach but just minutes from the hustle and bustle of everything. Lots of restaurants to choose from, The Destin Outlet Mall is about 25 minutes, Pier Park is about three miles, Ebro Greyhound Track is 30 minutes down 79 and many more attractions within minutes.
