We had a fantastic week at your place. The weather was wonderful. It was sunny every single day! I may have mentioned that we have been staying in Sea Colony for years (ever since our 17 year old son was two!) We have stayed at 5-6 different addresses in Sea Colony over the years, and yours by far is our favorite. I love the location in the back. It is so quiet, and your unit is nice and roomy, and had everything we needed. Having the bikes was great. We also LOVE the keypad lock on the door. What a smart idea for a vacation house! We never had to worry or ask, “Do you have the key?” to each other. Please keep me on your list for next year,

Our time at Sea Colony (Property #120657)

We just returned from the beach for a week long vacation. We stayed at this property for the 3rd summer in a row and we love so many things about it. The location is perfect for us. We prefer to stay in this area of Sea Colony because the neighborhood is well maintained and very pleasant - it makes everyone feel at home. Additionally, the amenities cannot be undervalued. It is SO convenient to jump on the tram and be taken to and from the beach each day. If you have children in your party, they will love the tram. It is a fun "beachy" experience. My husband and I enjoy it too. Last but not least, the unit is perfect for the 6 of us as it has two levels and a nice front and back porch. Everyone has a place to go and have private time. And we can all come together in the living room/dining room/kitchen area because it is large enough to easily accommodate us. The owners make sure we have everything we need, including sheets, towels, beach chairs and bikes. That is more than we were provided in any other unit at Sea Colony. We are already looking forward to next year's stay. I know you will enjoy this property as much as we have!

Owner response:It's great to have repeat renters. It really lets us know that we must be doing something right. We have provisioned the house for easy living and have included some extras such as bikes and beach chairs to make our guests' vacation a bit more carefree. We also try to accommodate any special requests or needs guests may have.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were friendly and easily accessible answering any and all questions promptly. The bikes came in handy for morning and evening rides. The tennis raquets allowed us all to play at the same time. The house is conveniently located within the community to the fitness center and pool. The area is quiet and backs up to a little wooded area. We would definitely stay here again. The Sea Colony Community is fabulous!

Owner response:We appreciate all the nice things our guests have to say. Sea Colony is a great place to vacation! We enjoy it, too.

Loved this place!

This property was everything we (myself, my husband, my 21 year old son and my 18 year old daughter) were looking for. It was very nice! Actually the pictures don't show how lovely it is. It was in a beautiful, very peaceful community setting with lots to do all around it. I loved the fact that you could swim at indoor or outdoor pools, there was a fitness center, or you could walk, run or bike on any of the nearby paths. Lots of restaurants nearby. The tram was very convenient for going to the beach and very reliable. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to catch one almost right outside the door. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks Carla!

Owner response:If you haven't been to Sea Colony, the above review is accurate. There are indoor and outdoor pools throughout the community. One near the private beach is nice for a dip while at the beach or before heading back to Pine Wood Circle. We have always enjoyed the beautiful walking and biking trails at Sea Colony as well.

Great time

This property is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The owners were easy to contact and answered every question. The listing is very acurate, but the photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was superb, spacious and well stocked. We could prepare our meal selections with ease. Enjoyed the short walk to the fitness center and rode bikes to the tennis facility. Most of us made use of the tram to get to the beach. Definitely got every penny out of our recreation fee. The college kids were hoping for more of a movie selection but everything else was GREAT! We wished we had more time. Would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

This was our second year staying in your beach house and it was as enjoyable this year as last. We really love the location - it is close to the community center with workout facility and indoor pool and the tram stop is right outside the front door. We can't say enough about how nicely your townhouse accommodates our group of 6. Having the 3 bedrooms upstairs is an added benefit. It allows the adults to watch TV downstairs late into the night while the children sleep upstairs uninterrupted. We look forward to reserving your beach house again next year!

We had one of our most enjoyable beach experiences. It was our first trip to Bethany and we were very impressed with the Colony itself and your townhouse in particular. We loved how well the kitchen was supplied, the bikes, tennis raquets, boogie boards, etc. The roominess of your place was incredible but also has a very "homey" atmosphere. My husband who is not a "beach lover" said he wanted to go back to the beach on several occaisions since we have come home. The quiet neighborhood and woodsy area was perfect getaway spot for our much needed vacation.

We have been vacationing at Sea Colony for a week in June every year for the past 20 years and your townhouse is by far one of the nicest places we have found. We loved the location - the neighborhood is quiet and private. We were also impressed by how well the house was stocked with household items such as soap, toilet paper, and kleenex. The bikes and towels are a very nice touch and really set your place apart from the other rentals. We were very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to staying at your place again. A footnote: The wifi is a definite plus!

We had an excellent week starting August 16th in Bethany. The town house surpassed out expectations - it was very roomy, clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable- and the owners were very nice and easy to deal with. All in all a wonderful vacation.
