Enjoy your vacation in our spacious newly constructed 1700 square feet home located on a beautiful wooded lot in Arrowhead Lakes with all the amenities for a perfect vacation. The home can accommodate up to 11 guests and is perfect for two families or anyone wanting to enjoy a comfortable home. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac just two blocks from the Big Choctow pool. This home is a perfect retreat for spring rafting/hiking, summer fun, a fall getaway, or a family ski vacation.
LIVING ROOM: Our home offers the convenience of a mudroom to help keep the clutter out of your living space. When you close the door to the mudroom, you will enter into the welcoming first floor living space with beamed cathedral ceilings, skylight, and floor-to-ceiling beautiful stone gas fireplace. The living room has cable TV/VCR/DVD. Movies, games, and books are provided for your enjoyment.
KITCHEN: There is a fully equipped kitchen with a knee bar that accommodates three guests.
DINING ROOM: The dining room comfortably seats six.
SUNROOM: The Sun Room is located just off of the dining room. Many guests enjoy lounging on the love seat glider or relaxing in the rocking chair in the Sun Room while enjoying the beautiful views. For those of you that have to stay connected, we offer free internet connection in the Sun Room. There is an additional dining table in the Sun Room that seats four.
FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM (Sleeps two): The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and has a full-size bed, sitting area with cable TV, sliders to the deck overlooking the magnificent view of the woods, and a private bathroom with a large four foot wide shower. Enjoy sitting outside your bedroom on the deck eating breakfast, reading a book, or watching the deer wander by.
SECOND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM (Sleeps two): The second floor master bedroom suite has a full-size bed, glider, and ottoman. There is also access to a private deck from the bedroom so you can enjoy the wonders of nature and the peace and quiet of the mountains.
SECOND FLOOR MIDDLE BEDROOM (Sleeps five): This room sleeps five and holds two sets of bunk beds, one with a full bed on the bottom bunk and a twin bed on top and the other a bunk bed with two twin beds.
SECOND FLOOR END BEDROOM/GAME ROOM WITH AIR HOCKEY (Sleeps two): This room has a futon sleeper sofa (full size), cable TV/DVD player. The kids will enjoy the Harvard air hockey table. And when the play gets too enthusiastic, they can close the door.
DECK AREA OUTSIDE: There is a large deck the width of the house out back and a deck off the second floor master bedroom. A large picnic table is located in the back yard that can accommodate 11 guests.
BED SIZES: Two full-size beds, one futon full-size sofa/sleeper, one twin over twin bunk bed, one twin over full bunk bed.
PETS WELCOME:Depending on the size and breed, the family dog/s is welcome. Please call for more information.
HANDICAP ACCESS: Need Handicap Access? There are three steps from the ground to the entrance. The entrance doors and doorways on the first floor are extra wide to accommodate walkers. There are also grab bars and a seat in the first floor shower and a grab bar by the toilet.
ARROWHEAD LAKE: Arrowhead Lake is a gated community in the Pocono Mountains and offers three outdoor heated pools (one of which is located two blocks away) and two beautiful swimming and fishing lakes which are an easy bike ride from our home. Arrowhead Lakes has several playgrounds and offers tennis, fishing, boating, four beaches with life guards, and planned activities all year long (movie night, kids bingo, adult bingo). Security and the Welcome Center are available 24 hour a day, seven days a week.
Arrowhead Lake is conveniently located near Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Camelback, Camelbeach Waterpark, Great Wolf Lodge, the Crossings Outlet Mall, Hickory Run State Park, Skirmish Paintball, Whitewater Rafting. |
