The Torreon community is a unique mountain retreat which offers an upscale clubhouse with fine and casual dining, fitness center, equestrian center, catch and release fishing pond, sports courts, family activity center and playground, offering endless fun for the entire family. Community pool available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.
Use of Torreon's private golf membership for the 36-hole golf course (during season) is transferred to tenants for full and unlimited use; two adults and children and/or adults under the age of 23 years will be entitled to free, unlimited golf - cart fees not included. Owner pays golf membership transfer fee. Additional golfers pay guest fees for golf.
Two night minimum stay required; available weekly or monthly. Cleaning fee of $200 required. Refundable deposit fee of $200 required to reserve.
