Emerald Beach Condo unit, is an up scale condo with everything you need for a great vacation, you may not want to leave! This condo features a king-size bed, private bath with jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV's. The entry way is very wide and features two twin-size bunk beds, a second (large) full bath, and a sleeper sofa in the spacious family room.
The family room and dining room is open with an open kitchen with granite countertops, all looking out to the beach and ocean. The entire back wall is glass sliders that pocket open leaving you with a breath of salt air and gorgeous sunsets!
The property amenities will blow you away: Sky Walk Martini Bar, Starbucks, 3 heated pools with a large hot tub with Tiki Bar and concessions, complementary valet parking, clean and upscale complex! There is a children's pool with beach-like entry with a large fountain in the center. This is truly FIRST CLASS and you will love it!!
Pier Park is 1 mile away, where you can shop, eat and the little ones can ride a fascinating train throughout the streets of this shopping district. Brand new movie theater, mall and numerous restaurants such as Margaritaville. You can enjoy go-cart racing just 2 blocks away, Ripleys Museum, specialty beach shops, hikinh , canoeing, fishing (deep sea or Bay). - Enjoy tubing down a natural spring fed river (this is incredible!), Ship Wrech Island open in mid April (water park), Pier Park (shops, restaurants, movie theater and outdoor ampitheater with summer concerts), Ripleys museum, pirate ship cruises, swim with the dolphins (a great family day).
