*********************************************************************We are currently working on a major remodel of Lee Lake Hideaway with a completion date of December 2011. We have removed the windows in the great room and replaced them with Pella patio doors. The deck out those doors has been completely replaced from the joists to a new rubber roof and Azek decking on top. A new entrance has been added to the driveway side of the house which created a new hallway between the two main level bedrooms. Addtional changes to the side entrance will also be made in this project. Pictures of the project are posted.

Welcome to Lee Lake Hideaway! Our private, fully furnished home with 75 feet of lake frontage is situated on Leigh Lake Flowage a 231 acre spring-fed lake. We welcome you to share our big, comfortable Lee Lake home.
Lee Lake Hideaway is conveniently located 56 miles north of Green Bay in the Oconto County River Valley. This is the perfect ALL SEASON vacation destination.
Spend your summer days boating, fishing or swimming from your private pier. The area also offers hiking, horseback riding, golf and ATV trails. In winter you can enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing or snowmobiling.
You can choose to be active or just relax; we have the perfect spot for you. We would love to have you as our guest!
The layout of our 5-bedroom, 3-bath home can accommodate large families, multiple families or a couple all comfortably.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Lee Lake is a weekend destinations for most homeowners, by Sunday afternoon you will find you almost have the lake to yourself. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy; a pair of nesting loons on the lake, eagles, deer and even an occasional bear sighting. The area is farm country so there are local farm stands to buy fresh produce and a local cheese factory where you can watch them make the cheese and get some of the freshest squeaky cheese curds around. There are plenty of supper club and bar fare restaurants in the area. There is also our favorite high end dining experience in Sumaico, a 45 minute drive from the home at Chive's. We are close to the Nicolet National Forest, right off miles of snowmobile trails and horse back riding.

I have been coming to Lee Lake since I was a child. My parents retired to Lee Lake in the 70's and their home is still in our family. Pete and I met in 1995 and were married in 2002. Pete enjoyed spending vacations at the family cottage and enjoys having a project to work on. When this home went on the market we kept and eye on it from across the lake. We purchased the home to share as a vacation rental. Pete is a jack of all trades and a master of one (he is a master electrician by trade). Pete now has all the projects we can dream up!

Had a wonderful time with our family at your Lee Lake Hideaway. Place is so roomy, clean, and so close to the lake. Relaxed and enjoyed swimming, canoeing,fishing, and sitting by the bonfires at night. Would highly recommend this place for an enjoyable family vacation. The web site adequately described this place and is even better than what the photos show. We will greatly cherish the memories of our week at Leigh Lake.

Loved our week long stay. Cottage was very clean and just as described in the listing. Grandkids had lots of fun fishing from dock and swimming in lake. Lake was fun to kayak and people were very friendly. The cottage had lots of room for the 10 of us. Our kids said they definitely want to come back again. We enjoyed the cottage and lake so much we did not go any place else. Would definitely recommend this place if you don't take the week I want.

What a great place to stay. Big enough for our two families to stay, and very clean and well organized. Pete and Christine are very nice to deal with, and the house has everything you need to make it like home. Caught some nice big bass and tons of little fish off the dock! Would definately recommend this place for a great vacation!!!

It helped that the weather was wonderful. But, the house was modern and up to date. Nice appliances, good beds, well stocked baths and kitchen and amenities such as boat, canoe and swimming vests for the kids. The water was clean and swimmable and fishing was great right off the dock. Our family all loved our vacation and would consider returning.

We had beautiful weather all week! We had a great time skiing, tubing and playing in the water. The guys even caught enough fish to have a hearty fish fry on Friday night! Thanks for sharing your home with us, all the space was great to have. We hope to reserve again for next year.

What a great week. The weather couldn't have been better, temps in the 80's sunny all week. The fish were jumping in the boat, Dave was in heaven fishing here. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Kaitlin also had a ball, thanks to Jack! She wants to come back next week :)

What a great week! This was the best prize I have every won! Thekids lost count of how many fish and frogs they caught after day 2. We had so much fun swimming, fishing, boating and just relaxing. We definitely want to come back next year! You have mnae a very inviting and comfotable get-away. We also had some great food at Romy's on Kelly Lake. Thank you so much for letting us use your home. Having a dishwasher was great! The beds so comfortable, the kids slept great, so did all the adults. Kids loved the fishing from the pier and having relay races from shore to the raft. Your home is very warm and welcoming. Thanks for sharing.
