This situation was exactly what we wanted. The cottage was cute, very clean and comfortable for my sister and I. The owner was very prompt with any information we needed. The drive to Boulder is gorgeous and the town of Erie charming! The town's mexican restaurant and breakfast cafe are very good and the local tavern's bartender made wonderful martinis. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you so much. I look forward to coming back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you please come visit again, we love your support!

My husband and I first stayed here as a getaway just the two of us and had so much fun, we decided to bring our 3 boys out here this past July. Just minutes from Boulder and a short drive to Estes Park, it's centrally located allowing lots of great day trips. The rental has everything you could need right there and downtown Erie is a short walk with some cute restaurants. We love this little house and plan to return again and again. Lesley was great to work with and we highly recommend her quaint cottage.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for the sweet review and you know you are welcome every chance you get!

I have stayed here twice for 2 weeks while attending training in Boulder. It is a cute little house, ideal for women. Leslie was very flexible, and the only issue we had was with a miscommunication with our arrival date, which was smoothly fixed. The property manager, Mark, lives next door and is very helpful. During our last visit he and his wife even shoveled the snow for us. It is in a quiet neighborhood, about a 20 min drive to Boulder. We have been very pleased overall with each of our stays, and would recommend Lesley's casita to others! One warning - if you are a large man or woman, this may not be the house for you. The shower head is very low, and the bathroom itself has little room for maneuvering. Worked just fine for us, but we are average sized women. FYI...Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank You!!

What a wonderful time we had on our vacation. Staying here, a bit removed from all the bustle, with all we wanted to see, and do at our door step. We can't wait to return next year.Owner response: Thank you so much!
