Loggerhead Cay is a favorite place to stay among visitors to Sanibel Island - please read our guest comments!!! The units are very spacious and the pool is one of the largest on the Island. The complex features beautiful tennis courts, shuffleboard and grilling area. The island bike path runs right in front of complex. Beautifully maintained grounds, and breathtaking views of the Gulf from the pool, makes it easy to understand why Loggerhead is so desirable. Unit 542 is located in building five which is beachfront. The unit has just been updated. Brand new carpeting throughout!! TWO BEDROOMS, TWO BATHS, AND QUEEN-SIZE SLEEPER CAN SLEEP SIX... The master bedroom has a full bath, 2 closets, brand new Flat Screen TV, and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Luxurius bedding and towels to ensure a good nights rest. Enter the screened in balcony which overlooks the Gulf and pool through your patio doors located in the master suite or from the patio doors in the living room. The lanai is newly furnished with a comfortable outdoor sectional and table with seating for six. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with its own full bath and flatscreen TV. Beds can be easily pushed together for "King" size. The living room has a queen size pull-out couch, brand new flatscreen TV, DVD player. Condo also has brand new washer and dryer for guest use. Why we loved it... *Big enough to accommodate 6 people *Nicely updated condo with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all the extras including beach towels and water toys for the pool and beach *Fabulous weather high 70’s (we went the last week in January) *Fabulous pool - perfect temperature and large enough to do laps *Beautiful beach *Tennis courts (always available) *Grills for evening BBQs *Clubhouse if you need to get away and work on your laptop *Easy access to bike trails *Plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping

The condo and the island were way more than we expected. We had a wonderful time and needed nothing, everything was there. The weather was great, the pool was 90 degrees, and the island restaurants were awsome. Thank you so much Todd and Erin for a wonderful time.

We returned for a 2nd time to enjoy Erin and Todd's wonderful condo and its amenities. It was a quiet time on the Island..never had to wait too long for anything and the weather was decent despite the arrival of the cold front mid week. The condo has great items to keep the kids at the beach and pool. We ate in many nights as our kids are sometimes a bit fussy in terms of eating. Used the condo bbq and the condo kitchen and loved eating on the Lanai. It was just what we needed at the end of a busy year. We plan to return! Thanks so much.

My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel for many years. It's usually quite dated. This condo was exceptional. There were a lot of little amenities that sound silly, but are really important to a beach vacation. We used the beach chairs. pliers (my husband is a fisherman), even sunscreen, cooler, etc. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, games, even detergent and dish soap, coffee filters, etc. The balcony overlooked the pool, nice ocean view. We have nothing bad to say. Owner was very good about communication, even let us check in early. Overall, a great condo at a great price. We don't want to tell because we hope it will be available next time we go to Sanibel. Truly a little gem.

We loved this beautiful home! The decor is up to date and does not look like the standard rental. It is very close to the beach, which makes carrying beach gear and the kids easy. The owner is a pleasure to work with. Love this property! You can't go wrong staying here.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Erin and Todd's condo. The location was great and the beach was beautiful. The lanai was wonderful to relax on after spending the day at the beach. The condo was comfortably furnished and the extra beach items such as towels and chairs were nice to have at hand! Sanibel is a beautiful place and we will certainly return and would stay at Erin and Todd's condo again.

My husband and I and three children just spent a glorious week in Sanibel. The condo was so tastefully decorated (have you seen some others available?). It was very clean with without all that Florida clutter. We spent many meals sitting on the lanai enjoying the fabulous views of the ocean and pool. Also, it was a great spot to keep on eye on the kids at the pool. As a bonus, the beach was much closer than I expected. The condo had beach chairs and plenty of games for the kids during the afternoon downtime. You won't be disappointed. We'll be back!

Thank you very much for the use of your beautiful condo. Sanibel Island truly is paradise. The beach chairs and toys at the condo were put to good use every day. The Pro Kadima paddle game was a huge hit with my kids. We look forward to returning to Sanibel again. I highly recommend this condo. The owner is extremely responsive and professional...a real pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful week at the condo which fit the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children ages 5 & 2) very comfortably. We had all the amenities we needed, and appreciated the extras like beach towels and beach toys. The location, beach and pool were just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Thank you!

Overall, the condo was great. It was very clean. The only thing lacking was cooking utensils and dishes. I like to cook on vacation and there were not adequate serving bowls, etc.. There were adequate beach towels and sand toys for the kids, which saved us some money. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
