We enjoyed our month-long stay in in this unit. It was clean and well maintained and we hope to rent again in the future. Future guests should be aware that while this unit is advertised on this website, you will be dealing with a management company. The owner did contact me to make the reservation and as soon as we agreed on the rental, he referred me to his management company to complete the transaction. We were restricted to stay in our unit for 8 nights out of the 31 we were there so that the outside walkways of the building could be painted and sealed. We understand that. However, we were told this would be a two night job (one to paint and one to seal). When weather or scheduling issues with the contractor delayed the "quarantine," no notice was given to residents/guests that restrictions had been lifted. Nothing like leaving your unit at 5:30 p.m. to go to dinner and then see a sign posted in the elevator stating that your floor was going to be restricted starting at 7:00 p.m. We discussed this on several occasions with the management company, while they were sympathetic and they said they would talk to their manager (each time) to see if anything could be done, we were never contacted back.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo last year right after Labor Day. We loved it so much not only are we going back this year after Labor Day (our anniversary) but I also booked it for my annual girls trip with my sisters in May. It looks exactly like the photos, it is clean and the beach is beautiful. Paul was a pleasure to work with and even checked with us to make certain all was well. Loved it!

We spent the weekend of July 23rd here and had a wonderful time. The beach was gorgeous(didn't see any evidence of oil at all) and the water was warm. This was the first time we stayed in Perdido Key and we will definitely be back. The beach is quieter than Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but still close enough to everything. This is a really great property and this condo is decorated beautifully. Also, had a couple cocktails and a great meal at Cobalt the second night. We went to the Crab Shack the first night, but it really is for families with kids and not quite what we were looking for. This owner was very cordial and easy to work with. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed at this spot and pictures/words cannot possibly describe or show just how truly amazing it was! Everything was exactly made to order and as described. The property was luxurious, the grounds clean, the amenities super and the environment abundantly charming! Paul, the Owner gave us a vacation that we will never forget! I defintely would stay at this spot again and again. I highly recommend this beautiful condominium to those who like quiet opulence and allure. Perdido Key really is the greatest undiscovered romantic hide-a-way!

This was such a nice place to stay. Everyone, from the owner to the rental staff were very nice and pleasant to work with. The condo was very clean and all around a great property, I can not say enough. The pool was nice and there were plenty of chairs as well as tables with umbrellas. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice added bonus to this great condo. As of June 6, 2010 the beaches were still oil free! Thanks for opening up your condo for us to use, we will definitely be back, oil or no oil.

Had an out of town guest and I wanted him to experience the beauty of our beaches, so we stayed for a few days in this wonderful condo with magnificent views. The condo is excellently equipped and was spotless. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was very nice. We had to go through the management company for the keys and codes and they (Point South) are the best I've ever dealt with in Perdido Key and I stay here several times a year. Will definitely stay in this condo again!
