Cute, cute, cute Florida Cottage in Emerald Shores! Walk to the beach! Great Prices! This fantastic home is an easy walk to community beach access, pools, and tennis court!
Three bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, two-story Florida Cottage with approximately 1800 square feet. New living room furniture, dining room furniture, and a new 40" LCD TV! Upstairs balcony to enjoy the views and breezes of the neighborhood. The beach is an easy five-minute walk. Tram service to the beach is provided during the Summer months.
This wonderful vacation home sits within the community of Emerald Shores, which is right on the county line in the Destin area. Walk to several restaurants including Kenny D's, Capt. Dave's on the Gulf, and Pompano Joe's is not far either! Conveniently situated close to shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants at both Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Waterparks are not too far either! Free Wireless Internet Access!!
There is a king bed in the master on the main floor, 2 full beds in a guest bedroom on the 2nd floor, and another bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a chair that folds out to a twin bed in the living room! Sleeps up to 11! The master bedroom is on the main level with its own private bathroom. A fully functional kitchen and a full size washer and dryer are also included! There is a covered porch on the first floor with a table & chairs and charcoal grill and a table and chairs on the second floor balcony too.
The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise'! The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year, event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Water sports, golf, tennis, and other activities are all very close too!

Our neighborhood's private beach cabana is unique in this area. We are the only neighborhood to have a private beach cabana with restrooms, lounge chairs, and picnic tables! It's fabulous!
