We had a wonderful stay at Water's Edge for a long weekend. The townhome is equipped with everything that you need for a great time.Great view from the porches. Lots to do anytime of the year! The indoor pool was a real hit with the children. We will be coming back soon!

I stayed at this property for a winter weekend getaway with 9 other friends , and we had a fantastic time. Granted that the beach was off-limits during this time of the year, we still had a lot of fun. The community seems very safe, has beautiful views, and is wonderfully kept. The townhouse was amazing. The first thing everyone noted upon arrival, was how wonderful the property was. For people like us in our late twenties--given the GREAT price--it was luxurious ;-) . I talked to several other people regarding their properties, and no one was as gracious, accommodating and helpful as Paul. If the weather was a little warmer, we would have had a blast hanging out in the balconies; anyone going there during the summer would greatly enjoy this feature! I've been to Ocean City many, many times and what is great about this location, is that it's far enough from the downtown that one can enjoy more privacy and be more relaxed. At the same time, it's close enough to the boardwalk, etc. that EVERYTHING is within a short driving distance. We went during a very cold weekend in February and had a great time inside the townhouse (enough that we didn't want to leave), and at the same time we were able to spend Saturday night in the downtown and have city fun. I greatly recommend it and hope to go back for a longer period of time. We were very happy with our choice.

I have stayed at various places over the last 3 years at Sunset Island and this was the nicest! While I was only there for 1 night in the middle of December, I certainly would consider coming back to this house in the summer. The wrap around balcony must be great in the summer time and the kitchen is massive. No major complaints and cant wait for the summer to get here. Many extras including a computer, lots of kitchen supplies, some small things for the kids, etc.

Our familys stay at Water's Edge was very nice. Everything was great except the oven was not working. I had taken dinners down to make it easier on me for the weekend and when I put dinner in the oven that is when I found out it was not working. We had to change our dinner plans which was not easy because of 2 small children but we got through it. The house was very comfortable and all the necessities were there.

October Mini Vacation

I have stayed at the property before and find it very relaxing, safe, and clean. Certainly would recommend this property to other friends and family. Due to the month, most of the boardwalk stores were closed but still enjoyed the beach and beautiful weather.

Great Time at Waters Edge

My sisters and I stayed at Waters Edge for a girls weekend in October and had a great time. The location was great and the view was excellent. We also enjoyed the large kitchen area which was great to eat crabs at as well as a family style dinner. The four full bathrooms were also nice to have so that everyone could get ready for evening festivities at the same time. The balcony was great to enjoy the canal directly in front of the house and the bay to the right, however the furniture was a little out of shape to comfortably sit on the porch with a cup of coffee.

Perfect for family gathering!

I planned our first family vacation with all the grandparents & grandkids, selecting OC as a convenient location for all. This condo was perfect! Enough bedrooms for everyone's privacy, no need to share bathrooms, and a huge kitchen so that everyone could hang out. We were close to a cute little (private) beach, and just walking distance from the pool & fountains for the kids. Kids also loved crabbing at the pier! We didn't want to stay too close to the boardwalk; but was only a 15 minute drive (and parking is very convenient during the week). Grocery store, restaurants and bars are close by. A great find nearby: Thunder Lagoon in Fenwick Island - a great water park for kids! Short lines and not expensive at all. The owner is very responsive and would get back to me within the day with any questions I had. Great to work with! Thanks so much!! :)

springtime family break

We've never stayed bayside before but Sunset Island is wonderful! The pool lady (Patty) was just lovely and the kids really enjoyed that, and my husband and I did some great walking - the location couldn't be better. I imagine it's even more fun in the summer. We watched the sunset from the wraparound balconies. The kitchen is gorgeous and this is the first place we've stayed that was advertised for 12 people that really had enough room for everyone. A suggestion - if the downstairs room had a double bed instead of a foldout couch, it would accommodate an older person who can't do too many stairs. Might be a great place for a family reunion. I will definitely be in touch if we can work that out.

I stayed at this house a couple summers ago and have been brought back to this page because of an urge to rent again this summer. My stay was an exciting yet peaceful time that everyone should experience at least once. The owner is understanding, responsive and very helpful which helps add to the delight. Overall, this is the best value for your money in ocean city and I am looking forward to renting here again and again throughout the years.

It's Wednesday night, the middle of our week at Watersedge, and we are having a great time. Come Saturday we will not want to go home. The townhouse is fabulous. Plenty of room for our twelve to spread out. The view of the bay from the 2nd floor deck is great. I staked my claim to one particular corner of the deck where I drink my coffee in the morning and my cocktails at the end of a great day at the beach. We all are looking forward to coming back next year and for years afterwards. To the owner; Thanks for letting us rent your special place at the shore.

We have just returned from a long weekend at Water's Edge and it was just the vacation that our family needed. The off-season is a perfect time to enjoy Ocean City but especially Water's Edge at Sunset Island. It is the first time in 9 years that we did not want to leave the house. We stayed in, cooked dinner at home and played games with our two young daughters. We had the indoor pool to ourselves and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We WILL be back to this unbelievable destination. My husband just kept saying, "This is a REALLY nice place."
