With over 1600 square feet, this spacious unit has everything you need for a large family or gathering of friends. The unit features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Enjoy sunsets from the huge 39 x 12 feet balcony overlooking the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of these beautiful beaches.
Spread out and enjoy the 2 Gulf-front master suites, each with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has it's own private, full bathroom and features a TV and DVD player. The living room is decorated in warm browns and cool blues for a serene, relaxed atmosphere. The queen sleeper sofa can accommodate additional guests.
A fully-equipped kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, microwave and all the necessities to prepare your meals while looking out at the Gulf. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, which seats four, as well as a dining table that seats six or take them out to the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. A 32 inch TV and DVD player in the living room will keep you entertained. A washer and dryer in the unit make laundry a snap.
This is one of the state's most popular vacation spots, with proximity to amusement parks, golf, shopping and restaurants nearby. Of course, water sports such as swimming, diving, shelling, windsurfing and parasailing are readily available. With only 3 units per floor, this condo offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We took a business getaway to celebrate our company's 2 year anniversary and this condo was absolutely perfect. 4 bedroom/4 bathroom and we comfortably slept 7, and could have easily have comfortably slept 10. Everything seemed brand new, lovely bedding/furniture/wood floors, etc etc. The balcony was huge and the view was great. Our contact was very nice and easy to get in touch with. If we ever go back to Panama, we're staying here again.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Having just returned from a week-long vacation in Panama City Beach, it is my pleasure to share our experience particularly with the Ocean Ritz 1103. This condo is fantastic, well-furnished, and completely comfortable. The property description is accurate, however the pictures just can't tell you everything you need to know. The rooms are spacious, and each with its own bathroom made it so convenient. The manager was quickly responsive to all my questions. The pool is not large, but was clean and well-maintained. The unit balcony is HUGE! The parking garage leaves a little to be desired, but as this unit does not have parking in the garage, we parked across the street. I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone interested in a beach vacation. I encourage you to support the Gulf Coast!
