Champs Elysées, Paris !

The perfect way to discover Paris is from it's most famous avenue, the Champs Elysées! You will only need a step forward to the apartment to feel the particular atmosphere of this magic place. Major french events happens here such as cinema premiere, artist autograph and wedding animations.

The condo is very accessible being 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport, via numerous buses lines or metro. The area is also very secured. The Palais de l'Elysée hosting French Presidents is situated a few blocks from here.

Belonging to the Triangle d'or, the Champs Elysées and the immediate areas holds amongst most famous high fashion shops Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Nina Ricci, Prada and Armani. Also situated in the immediate area, world famous restaurants will welcome you with the best of french gastronomy. These include Fouquet's, Maxim, Le Nôtre and La Durée.

When you go down the apartment, the Arc de Triomphe is immediately on your right and the Concorde is on your left. Conveniently served by many metro and buses lines, Le Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, La Bastille, Montparnasse and every major places of Paris is a few metro stations from here. The Eiffel tower is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes from the metro line #6 or aerial metro.

Ideally situated in the heart of the Champs Elysées, the building, an old deluxe hotel now transformed into offices and personal habitations, holds many shops on the gallery, situated just on the ground floor. The building itself has a 24 hour/24 security guardian team.

For everyday's need, you will find any convenient shop only a few step from your door. For groceries, the big supermarket Monoprix opens till midnight, the pharmacy is 24 hours, bakers and markets.

Your apartment, a very Parisian style studio, has a spacious main living area with 10 foot ceilings, hard wood floors and a lot of lights. On the fourth floor of the building, it is opened on a large and calm courtyard.

The condo offers two large, comfortable, double size sofa beds on either side of the wide room. Two big screens can separate the area in two, to ensure privacy and to welcome two couples. Off the separate entry and foyer lined with closets, there is a spacious bathroom with a large tub and shower and an efficient kitchenette with all needed equipment, including a washing machine. We supply cable TV, broadband internet connection, stereo CD player and free international phone calls.

With it's solid construction and it's big sized walls, you will certainly appreciate a calm and peaceful rest after your many activities in Paris.

Not feeling tired? The Champs Elysées offers a large and numerous nightly activity, from the romantic promenades to the Concorde, numerous discotheques and clubs, cinemas, theaters and many restaurants and of course world famous Lido, you will certainly enjoy parisian night activities!

  • Just returned home from a wondeful vacation in Paris. Pierre's apartment is in the perfect location and my family and I felt very safe. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The most important tip I can give you is that there is a grocery store just down the block. Its called the Monoprix. ( looks like a department store, but go down the stairs and you'll save alot of money buying bottled water and soda. Pierre was wonderful to work with.. Thank you so much... Ann

  • My daughter, sister-in-law and I stayed at the studio apt. for 9 days. It was a very safe, clean, and quiet apt. Pierre was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. My stay at the apt. was definitely positive and a good value for the money. I will definitely enquire about the apt. whenever I make another trip to Paris.

  • Pierre's apartment was wonderful. My son, daughter-in-law and I stayed there during the Tour de France. Everything was as he has stated, it was quite roomy and comfortable. It was very quiet even with the Tour going on. The location is fantastic, and a very secure building. The building is gated after 11:00 pm, so you just need to code to get in.   • We (my boyfriend and I) loved staying at Pierre's champs elysees apartment. It's lovely and spacious, and very conveniently situated. We are students, so even though this apt. was a splurge for us, it is very reasonably priced for Paris! We would definitely go back.

  • I highly recommend Pierre's studio apartment right on the Champs Elysees, only two blocks from the Arc 'd Triumph. The studio is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is great, the kitchen is small but highly servicable. Everything worked as advertised. Pierre is most accomodating and helpful. In short we loved it. I am a first time traveler to Paris. Feel free to contact me personally for more information or Paris tips.

  • My husband and I just got back from our wonderful vacation. We stayed at the apartment in October 2008. What a fabulous place!! Close to the Metro, cafes, all the sites, and shopping galore!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in for our first trip to Paris. Pierre was so helpful with directions to places to see and eat at and the airport even. He also responded quickly to all of our questions and was very thorough. I can't wait until we return...we will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone. Thanks Pierre!

  • This appartment is great and fantastic. We loved being in it as it has everything we needed and the washer was great to have in th eappartment. It was close to a supermarket, shopping and so much more. It has a beautiful location as it is on the CHAMPS ELYSEES and there is an extra bonus as there is a STARBUCKS in the building. The kitchen is very well equiped and athe sofabeds are as comfortable as a great hotel bed. We loved being there and we would love to be there again next year. We also liked how the owner communicated extremly well and all transactions went well . Thanks Pierre and we would love to come and use the appartment again next year.
