Our house is located in The Plantation at Leesburg, at 3536 Mount Hope Loop. Leesburg is north of Orlando in beautiful Lake County. Lake County is in the center of the state, top to bottom, coast to coast. If you want to visit Florida's beaches, they are little more than an hour away in either direction. The house is just minutes away from downtown Orlando, an international airport, national outlet shopping, Silver Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and Animal Kingdom.
This home was completed in December, 2006. It has a very open floor plan. There are two bedrooms plus a den and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser and chest. The master bathroom has a double vanity, large shower with two shower heads and a large walk-in closet. There is a door from the master bedroom leading to the enclosed lanai. The guest bedroom has two twin sized beds and a large closet. The den has a full sized bed and a built in desk. All bed linens and bathroom towels are supplied. The great room has a reclining sofa and a reclining loveseat, an entertainment center with a 32 inch TV with cable, DVD player and CD player/radio.
There is a table for 6 in the dining area plus a smaller table for 2 in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, linens and more. The laundry room has a washer, dryer and large laundry sink. There is a doorway from the kitchen and dining area onto the enclosed lanai. On the lania, you will find a large 6 person glass topped wicker table. There is also a very large two car garage.
The community offers two 18-hole golf courses, lighted tennis courts, fitness center, men's and women's wet and dry saunas, pickle ball, bocce ball, softball, drama club, computer club, Broadway caliber shows, ballroom dancing, billiards, three swimming pools, crafts, three full-time activity directors and over 100 weekly supervised activities.
