Why the Owner Chose Ocean City
When our children were young, we rented on this street - to be close to family - and within walking distance to the beach. With strollers, umbrellas, pack and plays - you know the drill - you don't want to be walking for blocks! Then in the evening, we could stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the rides at Gillians and ice cream on the boardwalk.
The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
With walking distance to the beach and boardwalk - it is so convenient. Pessanos is right around the corner - for the items the parents may have forgotten, and fun items for the kids to pick up as memories of their vacation. We can walk to quite a few ice cream shops, even walk up to Asbury for Weds night family night - or shopping! Being a residential street, and not right behind the rides/stores on the boardwalk, our street is not bombarded with visitors passing through - so we have our quiet too! Just perfect for the family!
