Words will not do justice to the island that is Seabrook. Nestled among the South Carolina barrier islands, Seabrook is a private, gated community committed to the preservation of the natural beauty that is so richly present all over the island. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, alligators, raccoons, and many other species. The peace and tranquility that exists on Seabrook simply must be experienced to be believed. Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses are Audobon certified and skillfully carved into the landscape to maximize the experience of nature during each round of golf. The Tennis Center is nationally acclaimed offering a dynamic tennis experience.
Access to other amenities includes a fitness center with sweeping ocean views, an olympic size swimming pool, a driving range, an equestrian center, several restaurants, and of course, the beach. The beach experience at Seabrook is very unique in that it is extremely private. Even in the peak times of summer the beaches are very uncrowded.
We are Seabrook Island Club members and our rates include full access to Club amenities. Not all villa owners are Club members and therefore cannot offer access to golf, tennis, or other on island amenities.

We are members of The Seabrook Island Club and offer access to golf, tennis,
the beach club, and all Club amenities. Our rates are inclusive of all fees and
are therefore VERY reasonable.
