We selected this property because of its closeness to the location of the Curves Convention which was at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel and Resort. Although it is located across the street from Rosen Shingle it is not within walking distance because of the layout of both properties . Still, it was very convenient to the convention and eating places. Staying at this property instead of staying at Rosen Shingle saved us a lot of money because we could eat in or dine out. Had we stayed at Rosen Shingle and not had transportation, our food cost would have been outrageous. The property was very clean, well stocked with linens, etc. and quiet. We will probably book with them next year since the next convention in going to be in Orlando again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

I highly recommend this excellent Condo. Set in a new development (Vista Cay) this condo is near by to every Orlando attraction and especially close to International Drive. It is new, clean and tidy. Vista Cay is still under construction (as of May 31st), however this condo is located in a totally finished phase of the development, away from noise and dust. The pool and clubhouse facility is large and clean and an added bonus. I would stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Easy to rent, to find and as good as shown in the internet page, made our first renting experience a pleasure. The property was nice as expected and clean. Keep offering beautiful and atractive places like this one. The only inconvenience to mention was regarding the entrance in the apartment.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
