This well appointed, 2300 square foot condo is on two floors with two decks. It is ideally located next door to the restaurant, pool, tennis courts, children's playground, and just a short distance to the marina and golf course. The living room features a gas fireplace and satellite TV with a VCR/DVD player. There are videos for your viewing pleasure. The large living room leads out to a large wrap-around deck that has a charcoal grill and patio furniture. The condo has a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms both with Jacuzzis and showers. The 800 square foot master has a siting room with a king size bed and the other a full double. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a hall bathroom with tub and shower.
