Our Blue Waters Beach Club is a cluster of one and two bedroom beach Cottages and Cabana Studios. This beautiful property offers a real slice of tropical Florida living at its best.
This property is located on Sunset Beach, in Treasure Island, Florida. This quaint sought after peninsular neighborhood, is a beautiful one-mile stretch of beach with the intra coastal on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. Sunset Beach, in the Key West tradition is comprised of eclectic beach homes and cottages, with local resturants and shops within walking distance. Our area is family friendly, with a casual atmosphere. You can take long walks on our white sandy beach, or watch the breath taking sunsets. There is a wonderful boardwalk, fishing dock, boat launch and a playground for children to enjoy.
Our upscale Cottages are newly redeveloped offering custom cherry kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, 12 foot ceilings, bamboo wood and imported tile flooring, crown molding and is truly luxurious. At the center of our cluster of Cottages isa lovely courtyard, wonderful for grilling, picnicking or swimming in our wonderful heated pool. Wireless Internet available.
Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath Cottage has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom for you complete comfort and relaxation.

Your cottage was wonderful, inside and out. Nice and clean and well decorated. Nice grill by the pool. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to resturants and stores. The beach was exactly what we hoped it would be, and the most awesome sunsets. We will be back again.

I just wanted to write and let everyone know how wonderful our stay was. The location was perfect as we had planned a beach wedding during our trip we were right across from the beach where were got married. Very quiet and friendly atmosphere, I was able to relax and enjoy the stay even with having two young children. The pool was great and the beach just right outside our front door. I was hesitant about the stay but I will be back again next vacation. It was absolutely perfectly hidden and quiet and yet close to everything! Thank you again Blue Waters!!

We stayed for 10 days last October 25th, 2009, and had only planned on staying 7 days, but liked the place so much we extended the stay. The facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and accomodating. We talked with the actual owner in regards to extending our stay, and found that he is very receptive to our requests. We had the 2 bedroon, 2 bathroom cottage. It was very clean, and everything was new and updated. The barbecue facilities, laundry room, and swiiming pool were great. Also the location is fabulous - just across from the beach, and very quiet, with wonderfull vistas. If you didn't want to make your own dinner, etc, you can walk up the beach, or roadway, to Caddy's, one of the local bars for great food and beverages. Once you turn onto Sunset Beach, it is like you are in another world - much like Key West. I would recommend the Blue Waters to anyone. The prices are reasonable, the facilities fantastic, and the location is heaven. We will be going back in the near future, for sure, and bringing some friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family stayed in 2 cottages for a week after Christmas. Our daughter got married on the beach and We were very well pleased with everything. The cottages were clean and very efficient to our needs. As the mother and grandmother who did some cooking I was please at how well stocked the kitchen was. We used most items in the kitchen. The courtyard was excellent and the grandchildren enjoy their time out in the sun, even had a day they could get in the pool. Our family was very pleased with everything and we will return again in the future. A big thank you to the rental agency for all their help!

We stayed in the 2br cottage and thoughly enjoyed every minute. We have two small children and the cottage was perfect for us. The beach is a very short walk and in a very quiet area. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a great time. The facility is actually on Sunset beach which is a very quiet and non-comercial area of treasure island. We will be back!

We recently stayed at the Blue Water Beach Club and thouroughly enjoyed our visit. This place is great - all the amenities of home, beautiful finishing touches, close to the beach and away from all the hustle and bustle. We'll certainly come back again!

Just back from our stay at Blue Waters and had a wonderful experience. The cottage has it all, the pool was perfect and very clean, the beach is across the street, and the location was convenient for our day trips throughout the area. Loved it & highly recommend it!
