Why the Owner Chose Ahwatukee
My wife, Daradee, and I had lived in this home for a few years prior to moving. We wanted to keep the home long term as an investment so we thougt it would be a perfect vacation rental. We have several investment properties but only one that we rent as a vacation rental. We still currently live in this area and we love it! We feel you'll enjoy it too!

One of the best trails on South Mountain. The access point has parking, water, doggy bags for dropings and will take you to the top of South Mountain. Offer's the best views.

Daradee and I both are in real estate and mortgage. Daradee has her own real estate brokerage, Next Door Realty, and I work as mortgage banker for Castle and Cooke Mortgage. I'm a Arizona Native and can pretty much get you around anywhere in the greater Phoenix area. We've tried most the great restaurants and shopped all over. I enjoy mountain biking, cycling, running and plan to compete in my first 1/2 Ironman October 2010. We're also expecting our second child this April.
