The deck at the water has a patio set and lounge chairs. This is a great place to sit and watch the kids swim from the floating dock. The upper level has a livingroom, full kitchen and out door deck. Enjoy a cook out with outdoor patio sets and 2 gas grills. The upper deck has a extending living area that over looks the lake. The deck has a bar area that seats 3 and a patio set that seats 6,and a outdoor deck swing.
The waters edge sits 60 feet from this home over looking one of the most beautiful areas of Boone Lake. Bring a boat or rent one at the local marina the home has a dock where you can leave the boat, The boat ramp is less then a mile away from the home. The driveway is large enough to park a boat trailer. This home has everything you will need to have a great family vacation. Linens are provided, pots pans dishes, even cooking spices.
