The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have full baths connected to the bedrooms. The master bath has a garden tub with an upgraded rain showerhead. There are three twin air mattresses available for additional sleeping. Newly renovated and fully furnished including four TVs, beach toys,books, games, DVDs, and a huge oversized very private patio! Includes a private,convenient,close covered parking place and an exclusive 10'x15' gated courtyard entrance providing the ultimate in privacy and convenience. Handicapped accessible: NO STEPS OR ELEVATORS! The preferred West corner is near the exercise room and grilling area.We provide on site security every night.Help with advance dinner reservations, tee times,multiple condos, and providing EXTRA is the advantage of a local owner. This West corner Condo #116 has a huge oversized patio with outdoor table and ten chairs. Lush landscaping and a paved walkway lead to the pool and beach. The many amenities include 497 feet of white sandy beach with free beach service (everyday an attendant sets up 2 chairs plus umbrella), hot tub and 1200 sq.ft pool heated year round, exercise room, card room, BBQ grill area,daily free beach service(March1-Oct31),nightly security, cable tv and high speed, wireless internet. Okaloosa Island, with its fishing pier, boardwalk, and sugar white sand, is a spectacular beach and fishing destination!

My family stayed in this west corner unit the last week of april, 2011. The unit was ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS when we arrived and I have only the highest praise for Pat, the manager. She was extremely interested in making my family stay the best vacation ever. The Condo was COMPLETELY furnished with all amenities that any one could want. Pat came by to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in a first class vacation in Fort Walton Beach. I strongly Suspect that we will be returning there again, Maybe for a month during the winter. It would have been nice to be able to see the ocean but compared to the beautiful condo that was only a small thing. I promise that you would simply LOVE this unit and it is large enough for a full family stay. My 8 year old grandaughter absolutely loved this week stay. She actually did not want to leave.

This was a wonderful trip for us. We are from Niceville and have family still living in the area. I must say thanks to our gracious host, this was one of the best weekends we have had in a while. The unit was clean and spacious. Our family and friends who live in the area were able to come and spend lots of time with us as we had plenty of space inside and out. We definately recommend this unit.

Nice condo with everything you could need. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Owners went out of their way to accomodate us. Loved the large patio and proximity to the pool/beach/grilling area. Great condo = great week!

Fabulous! Our family has stayed there three times in the past and are planning to stay again in 2010. Definately would recommend. Enjoy the large patio and the privascy. Very tastefully decorated and many nice ammenities. Condo is completely furnished with everything you need. Especially like being close to the pool, beach & grilling area. Gary and Patty make you feel at home and the welcome basket is an extra added touch to a great vacation.

Our Island Princess vacation was wonderful. The condo was very perfect for family and friends! We loved the big, private patio area with the great access to the pool and ocean! The owners were tremendous to work with and accommodated all of our needs.The gift basket was a wonderful welcoming touch! Great vaction spot!!

I am so excited, I just got off the phone with Patti and we have our booking to paradise! Patti is so friendly, the whole process is a vacation. From booking our stay to thoughtfully providing all the comforts(and more)of home, she makes our getaway unforgettable. We all love the private patio for family cookouts and games. I love letting my kids run back and forth from the pool to the condo while keeping an eye on them from my lounge chair! Having the work out room right next door has inspired my husband to use it with me. We could not think of anything else to make our visit any more carefree. The spaciousness of the condo, big bedrooms, and separate bathrooms brings our family closer together. Thank you creating a special spot for families to form precious memories.

We have just come back from this wonderful place and I do mean Wonderful. Everything was very well thought out. The room was very nice, the hotel was very nice and the beaches were immaculate. I loved having our own entrance to the room and the patio. We have already started planning our return next year

This condo is the BEST!! This wonderful condo came stocked with just about everything we could possibly need, right down to the charcoal lighter, coffee filters, cooking oil and lots of condiments and spices. The patio is awesome, much bigger than any others and so very private!! We loved our welcome basket and all the condiments and supplies. We intend to make this unit our annual beach destination. Loved the fabulous FREE beach service. Our kids loved the deck box filled with boogies boards, pails & shovels,etc. Thank you for our best vacation break ever!!
