The preferred West corner is near the exercise room and grilling area.We provide on site security every night.Help with advance dinner reservations, tee times,multiple condos, and providing EXTRA is the advantage of a local owner. This West corner Condo #116 has a huge oversized patio with outdoor table and ten chairs. Lush landscaping and a paved walkway lead to the pool and beach. The many amenities include 497 feet of white sandy beach with free beach service (everyday an attendant sets up 2 chairs plus umbrella), hot tub and 1200 sq.ft pool heated year round, exercise room, card room, BBQ grill area, on site management office,nightly security, cable tv and high speed, wireless internet. Okaloosa Island, with its fishing pier, boardwalk, and sugar white sand, is a spectacular beach and fishing destination!
