Walking distance to the Recreation Center where you can use the facility as our guests. Only blocks from the Golf Clubhouse and walking distance to fishing lakes. This townhouse is exceptionally clean with a king bed in one suite, a queen bed and bunk beds in the second suite and a queen bed in the third suite. Inflatable beds are also provided to easily sleep 10. Two fireplaces, satellite television with 250 channels, wireless internet, gourmet kitchen and much much more.
Adults and children can take advantage of an exceptional game room equipped with a professional card table, board games, poker set and card games and more.
Entertainment includes satellite television with 250 channels, and a large selection of DVD movies. Satellite is available on three televisions, one in the master suite, the downstairs bedroom and living area. DVD players are available in the master suite and the living area.
Located approximately 2 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs, 20-30 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Resort, this townhouse is ideally located where you can enjoy all the activities this beautiful area has to offer. 25% of rental price plus refundable damage/security deposit due upon reservation. For a one-week stay or less the remainder of rent is due 30-days prior to first day of visit. Monthly rentals require the remainder of rent to be due and payable 60-days prior to first day of visit. All cancellations receive full refund if cancellation is made 30-days for a one-week or less stay and 60-days for a monthly stay prior to the first day of visit. Full refund is given if cancellation is made prior to the cancellation date as stipulated above or prior to the first day of the visit and the unit rents. (three-day minimum required)

My wife and I love your townhouse! We try to find accommodations that are at least equal to our home. You beat that. Nice job on labelling everything, it certainly helps in settling in quicker. We can honestly say we felt at home soon after arriving. You did a wonderful job in the furniture and kitchen appliances. We like to cook our own meals, and found your kitchen, the appliances, and the utencils were perfect! We are hoping to bring some friends back in the summer, and hopefully play golf. Thanks again! Well the consensus is that your townhouse is the perfect place for a wonderful vacation! It is so comfortable and everything we needed was here.
