  We were looking for one last getaway for a summer vacation. Based on pictures and reviews, we chose this condo. We were not disappointed. The condo was steps away from the beach with beautiful views right from our balcony. Enjoyed having the doors open and listening to the waves during the time we were not at the beach. The complex was clean and maintained well. Less than 15 minute drive from downtown attractions of St Augustine. We would recommend to anyone and would return.

  I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The condo, the view, the location, etc - everything was great. It was as good as it looks in the pictures, if not better. We were far enough south to be out of the crowd and still close to stores and restaurants. We went to the Wednesday morning market at the pier and found some great local made foods and gifts. We went to old town most nights for dinner. We went to the beach every morning for some sun time and walked it again every night to relax. Thank you to the staff on site, they were so nice to us. Looking forward to returning!!!

  We had a great time at the condo. It was very clean and we found everything we needed. The master bedroom had a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunrises were beautiful. We were close to everything and the week went by quickly. My only sugestion on places to go is NOT Marineland, unless you want to pay alot just to look at the dolfins. No show presented as in the past. We did like our trip to the Light House in St Augustine. What a view after a big climb. Thanks for a great vacation.

  The condo was in great shape and very well priced. Erik was very nice, straight forward and easy to deal with. The beach was a short walk and was clean and not crowded like other parts of the beach and the water was amazing to swim in. Also no need to bring much because everything you need was there, even sand toys and pool floats. When we come back to St. Augustine I will contact Erik to see if we can rent again.

  The condo was great, the ocean view was awesome. The description of the place was right on with a small exception of the "new" appliances but they still worked perfectly. The price for the condo was reasonable for the location and the amenities. The pool was beautiful even tho we didn't swim. My wife and I would highly recommendthis place to anyone. We are already talking about returning next year with our children. Thank You

  Upon arrival the unit was very clean and had everything you could imagine available for use. To my surprise there was even beach toys and boogie boards for kids to use. I went there with my 3 children and there was more than enough room for all of us and we had a great time. We will deffinately be staying at Erik's place again.

  My wife, granddaughter and I loved it here. Spacious And clean rooms. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Friendly staff,(helped me start my car one morning when the battery failed. Short drive to downtown. Owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

  Perfect unit for family with small child. Having the bedrooms on the second floor allowed my husband and I to enjoy time together on the patio after putting the little one to sleep. And the views were perfect! Location to beach, shopping and historic downtown were ideal. Great places to eat nearby. The unit was very clean and the neighbors/staff extremely nice. Working with the condo owner was very easy. We're already planning our trip for next year!

  After looking at many rentals in St. Augustine Beach, I chose this unit based on price, good reviews and photos of the unit and we were very pleased! I liked that I dealt directly with the owner when I booked this rental and there were no hidden fees tacked on. Just the usual taxes, security deposit and a reasonable cleaning fee. The owner was great about replying to my emails in a timely fashion and answered any questions prior to our visit. He returned the security deposit check to me within one week of our return. When were arrived at Creston House we found the complex to be a very nice. The lawns were well manicured and the pool area was very nice. We noticed the maintenance man working hard every day to keep the place in tip top condition. The unit itself was very nice and very clean. It was tastefully decorated (not real fancy) but it had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The view from the downstairs living room/kitchen and master bedroom was probably one of the best in the complex...directly overlooking the pool and the ocean! My husband and I loved having our coffee on the balcony every morning and even caught a sunrise or two over the ocean since we are early risers. After a tough day at the beach and pool we enjoyed sitting on our balcony with a cool drink just taking in the view again. The beautiful, wide sandy beach is just a quick walk through the pool area and then across a boardwalk. There is an outdoor shower as you come off the boardwalk from the beach to rinse off the beach chairs and sandy feet before you head back to hit the pool, as well as an additional outside shower in the pool area itself. Not sure if the pool is heated, but the water at the end of May was nice and warm! The unit does not have a washer and dryer but there is a nice, clean laundry room with plenty of machines located right near the pool. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and we would not hesitate to rent it for a return visit to St. Augustine Beach!

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at the condo. The views were beautiful and the condo was nice. It was super easy walking to the beach. We spent all of our time at the beach. We were having such a wonderful time we stayed an extra nite. We recommend this property and working with the owner was a breeze. Erik is very helpful and a joy to work with.
