Now Booking for 2010!! This beautiful house is located on 7th Street just two blocks from the boardwalk and the beach. This home is spacious and comfortable. There are custom features such as stainless appliances, washer and dryer, hardwood floors, tile floors in the kitchen and bath areas, Corian counter tops, two car garage, private master bath with covered balcony as well as a pool directly behind this end unit.

The location is situated near the Boardwalk and beach where many family and adult activities are. Pubs, restaurants, amusement parks, arcades and all other family fun are with in walking distance.. No need to fight the inlet traffic and parking here.

The home has four bedrooms and three and one half baths. The lower level bedroom is also set up with a queen size sleeper sofa and a tv for video games and DVDs. The living room is set up with a BOSE three to one entertainment system a 50" Plasma TV as well as a queen sleeper sofa and an ottoman which converts to a twin bed. The other three bedrooms are equipped with queen in the Master Bedroom, a queen in one of the bedrooms & a twin over full bunkbed in the 3rd bedroom. Also ceiling fans to enjoy the ocean and bay breezes in all rooms except the bunk bed room.

In season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) rentals are weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Mini weeks are available off season 3 night minimum preferred (Thursday to Sunday). Mini weeks call for pricing.

  • Just got back from an extended weekend here with my husband's whole family, and we really loved the house. Good views (and breeze) on the balconies, nice open floor plan on the main level (so all 10 of us didn't feel cramped as we moved around each other), clean and updated house with all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. that provide vacation convenience.   • RENT THIS CONDO! The place was brand new, great location minutes walk from the boardwalk and beach. I went down with friends for senior trip and the owner was very kind through the whole process making our trip very enjoyable! Comparing this condo to others at the same price, it was very well kept and were impressed from the minute we walked in the door! I would love to go back again in the future.

  • I rented this place for my daughter and 12 of her girlfriend for Senior Week 2008. Wow, all they could talk about was how nice of a place they were staying in. All their friends were jealous!
