FYI, we were a senior week group, so our experiences may have been different than that of from older renters. Obviously, we rented for a week. The townhome itself was excellent. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Furnishings were modern and tasteful, and the appliances and technology (internet, TV, etc.) were great. The location was good, pretty close to the beach, easy to get to, and convenient. Initially, Rob was very helpful and responsive. There were no problems with payment, getting into the house, etc. The problem started after our stay, when a few days after the end of our stay in an email he verified that the premises had been left clean and that the security deposit would be refunded. He then never refunded the deposit. His email started bouncing, and he became hostile when asked about it over the telephone. Months after our stay, he now simply does not answer his phone or reply to emails. We had paid extra because we were a senior group, and even still apparently that was not enough to cover the additional liability. A good experience was ultimately ruined by the owner's reticence to complete the transaction in a satisfactory manner. Our transaction was entirely performed through us (the teenagers) as opposed to the parents. It is unfortunate that our difficulties may have been because of the owner feeling that he could take advantage of younger tenants.

Just got back from an extended weekend here with my husband's whole family, and we really loved the house. Good views (and breeze) on the balconies, nice open floor plan on the main level (so all 10 of us didn't feel cramped as we moved around each other), clean and updated house with all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. that provide vacation convenience. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in your home, Rob. Even though Saturday was rainy and windy because of Tropical Storm Hanna, we still found plenty to do. From your instructions to the neat and clean appearance of your home, everything was in good order. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

We rented this beautiful home the week of August 23. I enjoyed the views from the balconies. The house is equipped with everything you need and is very well kept. The location is perfect ... close to the beach, boardwalk, and the bay. The kids had a great time in the pool out back. Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!!!

RENT THIS CONDO! The place was brand new, great location minutes walk from the boardwalk and beach. I went down with friends for senior trip and the owner was very kind through the whole process making our trip very enjoyable! Comparing this condo to others at the same price, it was very well kept and were impressed from the minute we walked in the door! I would love to go back again in the future.

I rented this place for my daughter and 12 of her girlfriend for Senior Week 2008. Wow, all they could talk about was how nice of a place they were staying in. All their friends were jealous! Rob was a pleasure to work with on this reservation! I would definately refer anyone and everyone to rent this place for their next vacation. I am actually thinking about renting it for my family for a week!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome in Ocean City. Our family stayed here while attending my daughter's college graduation and it was perfect for our large group of 11. The house is beautiful and the location was convenient to everything. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

This is a great location with easy walk to boardwalk. House is well appointed with nice layout. It was nice to be closer to golf courses in West OC (Plum Point & OC Golf Club). We look forward to returning.

"WOW" was the first word out of my mouth upon arrival at this beautiful vaction home. This home boasted everything you could possibly need - a definite home away from home. No ammenity spared in the building and decorating of this vacation home. The bedrooms are very private and comfortable - great for large group or family. The location is fabulous and the decks boasted views of both the bay and the ocean - great for sunset and sunrise! Close to boardwalk and all attractions ~ we will definitely be making a yearly vist to this beautiful home !

Awesome townhouse. Everything is brand new and very well-organized. 3 seperate floors with big rooms, decks that allow view of ocean and bay, private pool, big 2 car garage. Big screen TV with Bose Super Sound in living room is spectacular for watching Sports in HDTV! Clean and well laid out. Townhouse is 5 minute walk to boardwalk so you are close enough to action but far enough away for peace and quiet at night to sleep. You are located right where all the boardwalk fun stuff is. Rob, The owner is a great guy, laid everything out for us and was always just an email or phone call away at any time. Great communicator and sent us vacation coupon guide. We'll definitely be back!

Spectacular townhouse. Everything is updated and gorgeous. 3 floors with spacious rooms, nice decks, pool, 2 car garage. Wide screen in living room is a huge bonus! Super clean. Townhouse is located just far enough from the action that you can have your privacy when you want it, and the fun is just a short walk away. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Rob, Your condo was the best!! It was updated, clean, comfortable, and very private. The pool was an added bonus. We could stand on the deck and see the bay to the left and the boardwalk/ocean to the right. What more could you ask for. Thanks for a great vacation. The Thomas Family

The townhouse was beautiful and very spacious. Only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach - very nice. Mr. Lesniewski was accessible and easy to work with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. The kids loved being so close to all the action of the boardwalk. It was nice being in a new place with all the modern conveniences of the kitchen and flat screen T.V., etc. It was comfortable and wonderful for all of us.

This was our first experience in letting our twin 17 year old sons experience beach week with 10 of their friends. We were very nervous in letting these kids stay in Mr. Lesniewski's brand new and beautiful townhome for the following reasons: a. 12 teenage boys b. as I indicated, a beautiful and brand, spanking new town home c. no parental supervision Anyway, Mr. Lesniewski's place is very nice and only two blocks from the beach near the heart of the boardwalk. You could not find a more perfect location. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms are well-sized as well as are all of the rooms. Also, this is a very comfortable place and you should be able to get that, oh, so very, necessary R&R.

House is amazing! My friends and I had a great time. In a good location, quiet yet within walking distance of lots of activities. TV and sound system are awesome while pool is right out back of the 2 car garage. I highly recommend this house!
