This home was completely remodeled in November 2009, and features new appliances, carpet, paint, 2 walk-in showers made from glass blocks, countertops, sinks and faucets, cabinets, mirrors, lights and sconces and much more. The remodel was carried out for the owners to use as their home, not as a rental. The master suite has a large bedroom with TV, DVD player, iPod dock/clock/radio and a large bathroom with lots of light and two separate shower heads (including a ceiling mounted rain head) The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and DVD player and adjoins the 2nd bathroom.
The unit does not have telephone service. Guests must rely on their cellular coverage. Our cell coverage is generally good.
An open floor plan for the living room and dining room encompasses the TV/DVD player, dining room table and original artwork. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances, countertops and cabinets as of November 2009: refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, micro wave, oven, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker and customary utensils and kitchen implements.
The large L-shaped lanai is bordered by tropical plants and provides several areas for dining. Also, one may relax in the garden furniture. The lanai and garden open into a large lawn with palm trees. Our unit has an assigned parking place.
Across the street is the Hilton Waikoloa Village with shopping, many restaurants and Dolphin Quest.
The Queens' Mrketplace, now open, enhances shopping and dining opportunities with an upscale grocery store, Starbucks, Macaroni Grill, Quicksilver and many others.
Within walking distance are: Marriott's newly refurbished Waikoloa Beach Resort & Spa; the Kings' Shops (with Roy's, Coach, Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton and many other shops and restaurants); 'Anaeho'omalu Bay ('A' Bay is one of Hawai'is finest beaches), and a petroglyph trail.
There are a number of excellent golf courses nearby, including Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.) and the Kings Course (designed by Tom Weiskopf).

$2,000 Reservation Deposit payable by credit card at booking. Payment in full of
