We enjoyed our one week stay in this 2 storey loft style suite. It was very nice and tidy and has everything we needed - indeed just like home away from home. It is conveniently close to the falls and the walking trails we frequented and quite close to everything you'll ever need for your vacation. If you're tired from sightseeing and wouldn't want to prepare dinner, several eating places like Red Lobster, a pizza place, and Tim Horton's are just the few among many others that we can remember. It's also close to the casino and the big hotels that provide nightlife and a short distance walk to the lift that will take you right to the fall's edge, where you can enjoy the water and more souvenir shopping activities. We definitely will recommend this place to friends and relatives who will be wanting to visit Niagara Falls. Walking the trails and just absorbing the pure nature around us was the activity that we enjoyed the most. It's just purely relaxing.

This condo was so easy to get to, very clean and was in a great location to the Falls and area restaurants, stores, etc. Everything about staying at this condo was easy. I really appreciated the wifi and that we could bring out little chihuahua-mixed doggie, as well. This condo is advertised with a patio, but it doesn't have a patio, however that was okay with us. It was the perfect size for a family of three (daughter slept on the very large and comfortable sectional sofa). Thanks again!

We have the most amenities of any accommodation near by, also you'll find that these condos are newly decorated, larger than average accommodations and priced right. We supply the first night of basic toiletries, enough to get you to day two. :-)

Great Place to Stay

We thought the property was up to date, well maintained and nice. The pictures show how nice it is inside. It is close enough to the sights of Niagara Falls, but not in the busyness of it all. My only complaint would be that the ahllway smelled like smoke, but it didn't come into the unit at all thank goodness! We would recommend our friends to this property and we would definitely stay there again.

Owner response:Great to hear from you and that you would come back to stay with us again. All of our units are smoke free and well ventilated. In addition to public transit outside the door our guests will often walk to the Falls view area as it is a short distance and very direct.

My husband and I and our 2 adult sons stayed in this building in June. Very conveniently located to Niagara Falls. The kitchen was very well equipped. Be sure to bring your own bathroom supplies and some extra toilet paper though! We appreciated the extra blow up bed in the closet as our sons didn't want to sleep in the same bed. The Napoli Restaurant at Stanley and Ferry was awesome. My son thought it might very well be the best meal he has ever had!

My favorite thing on our trip (other then the Falls) had to be the butterfly pavilion. The condo suite we stayed in was awesome. Mike from executive rentals was informative, attentive, & reliable. Thank you for being so courteous; we loved the condo - furnished and equipped so well, just like 'home from home'! With only 20 minutes' walk down the pretty Murray street to Skylon Tower, convenient shopping and perfect weather, we have enjoyed one of our best holidays ever. We hope to stay with you again next year, for longer, as we are sad to be leaving.

We had a great time in Canada, it was my first time there. My favorite part of the trip was going down to the falls in the evening and watching them. They were very beautiful and I would love to go back and take my kiddos next time. I enjoyed all the shopping that was nearby also. The revolving tower restaurant was so yummy and romantic. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Mike was very helpful & friendly.

Jr Presidential Suite - exceptional value!

The Jr Presidential Suite offered by Executive Rentals Network was exceptional in both layout and location. A 42 inch flat screen tv, leather furniture, a spacious kithen, an incredibly comfortable queen size bed and only a short drive or walk to all major attractions, made this the perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls!! The price, although mid winter, was exceptional for the quality and location! Originally I had only intended to stay a few days, however, the suite was exactly what I needed and Mike was able to accomodate me for the length of my stay in the Niagara region. If you're thinking of staying in a high end hotel, forget it! This is absolutley the way to go for a single individual or couple! "Great Value! Very Chic!" We usually pay double when we've stayed at the falls before. Our usual spot was full... glad we found this. We will be back. Traveled with 6 kids and had plenty of room using our aero bed in the laundry room (yes it was big enough for our 3 & 4 year old) Nice decor! We will be back :)

"Very pleasant and great value." This condo had all of the necessities that I require in lodging. The kitchen was well equipped and the living spaces were nicely decorated and comfortable. It's a nice place and it is close enough to the falls area that you could walk to the falls and the hotels and restaurants that surround them. It is located near enough to everything so that you can get the lay of the land. We enjoyed our time at this condo.

"Loved it" We were so surprise how clean the condos were, and very close to the niagara's attractions. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend Mike gladly to our friends. Mike is a very understanding person, he works with you financially and his readily available when you need him. When we called his office for help, before we knew it he was at the condo. We want to say a big thank you for making our stay at niagara a memorable one. We will be back next year.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of parking. Clean and cozy accommodations. Quick drive to all sites that we were interested in, grocery shopping. The hallway to get in was reminiscent of a cheaper motel ,but once inside, the condo was modern and had all that we needed to feel like a home, while we were on vacation. Had most breakfast and dinners in the condo and relaxed in a living room , before retiring to a separate bedroom. You can't get that in any afforable hotel. Would stay again.

I've stayed at these condos three times and it's always been a great experience. Each time I've stayed, we have never had a problem. I've come up once with my family, and twice with my friends, and each time it was perfect for the situation. Only being about a ten minute walk to all the attractions, it's in great placement. The condo is always clean and has always provided anything you would expect for a vacation spot. The only thing we ever need to bring up is food and drinks, no towels, sheets, pillows, laundry accessories, soap, etc, all of these things are covered by the condo. I refer anyone to stay here. I wouldn't have taken the time out of my day to write a review if I didn't enjoy it so much. 10/10

We found everything convenient, clean and well maintained.It was very cozy and quite roomy. The kitchen was a real plus. We found everything needed to make coffee, soup,sandwiches and the like. The flat screen TV and cable were as good as or better than the avg. hotel It was easy to find, enter and exit and privacy was also very good. Last, it was conveniently located to everything and an easy walk to the Falls; Plenty of parking space also. We'd definitely would choose to stay there again and recmend it to others. Carpacio is where we ate Din.

NF condo

Stayed at this property for almost 3 weeks until our new home was ready . Oven didn't work, but was assured it would be fixed. (never happened), electic kettle, didn't work. Toaster oven was broken and TV in master suite didn't have cable. Terrible sewer smell in hallway most mornings. Aside from these items, unit was just barely clean. No vacuum to clean. Good supply of linens and towels. Just very fair to average. Likely wouldn't recommend or stay again.

It was a very good appointed, very large and extremely clean accommodation. Due to some communication problems we got a smaller condo as expected. On-site this problem has been solved within minutes getting a very generous solution without extra costs! Summarizing, I can recommend this apartment very much.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this condo for four days, and we absolutely loved it. It was very convenient to the Falls, and to the QEW to go to other areas. The accomodations were very comfortable and everything worked well. We had a good night's sleep every night on the comfortable bed and utilized the cooking utensils regularly. I would highly recommend this unit. The next time we go to the falls, or our friends go, we will try and rent this condo again.

Great place & location!

This dog-friendly condo was perfect for me and my husband. We were able to keep our lab in his portable crate during times when we went out for dinner or to attractions. It was clean, well-kept, and nicely decorated. A quick text message or phone call was all we needed to check in and out. The price was the same if not cheaper than many of the hotels close to the falls, and it was a MUCH nicer place than the hotels that did allowed dogs. Plus we had a full kitchen, living room, and half bath on the 1st floor and a bedroom & full bath on the 2nd floor. It was a direct 1-mile walk to the falls on Murray St. through a nice neighborhood. After a day of walking and activities we only used our car at night to go to dinner. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again if we come back to Niagara.

The condo we stayed in Memorial Day Weekend came as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities of home. The only downside we experienced was the noise coming from the other condos. We had a child above us who made a lot of noise jumping up and down, which at times seemed to go on forever. The showers and water running in adjacent condos were very loud as well. On a positive note, we walked to the Falls and saved on parking fees. The weather was beautiful, and even though it was probably a walk of a mile or so, was enjoyable. I would recommend these condos as long as you are not a light sleeper, and can handle a little sound coming through the walls. Everything from check in to check out was done in a very professional manner, and everything you need is already there for you.

My family and friends go to Niagara Falls at least twice a year and we usually stay in a hotel. This time we decide to have a try on these rental condos. We rented two 2br and one 1br condo for three families with total 13 people and we like all three condos. They are all very nice and clean. You have everything you need just like at home. One night we decide to have pot luck party and every family had to make some dishes to share. We tried the kitchen there and we found everything thing we need at the same spot as in my home. We definitely will come back again. John
