The condominium is located in a very peaceful and modern fishing village adjacent to a full service Marina. The unit was completely furnished by an interior designer and is quite comfortable. The fully-equipped kitchen consists of all brand-new appliances and granite marble counter-tops, with amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes and stem-ware. The lanai has outdoor seating, accompanied by a beautiful water view. The spacious, interior living space has a Master Bedroom with bath, guest bedroom, great room with sofa bed and guest bathroom.

For those with boats, there is a 34 foot, private dock available for your use. The island is located Southeast of Tropical Marco Island, with direct access to both the Gulf and the Everglades for the best fishing, crabbing and boating in Southwest Florida.

The condominium is handicap friendly, with elevator access. Walk to Stan's Idle Hour Seafood Restaurant and other GREAT Restaurants, for fresh seafood and live entertainment on Saturday's and Sunday's. Less than ten minutes from Marco Island Beaches.

    • I stayed there with my boyfriend in April of 2006 and we had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast on the lanai was relaxing and peaceful. The general area was quiet but just a stones throw to all the activity that Marco Island has to offer. The community pool was a short walk from our condo and was great. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to my friends.
