This exquisitely decorated and well maintained 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2486 square foot condominium has direct ocean and plantation views from 3 large balconies. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, full size washer and dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub, and free wi-fi are just some of the features of this gorgeous unit. We have added king size beds to our master bedroom and our guest bedroom and have two queen size beds in our other guest room, so we now sleep 8 - 10 people.
From May 24 - September 2 we are offering free with all rentals, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas directly on the beach in front of the Brighton building.
Enjoy all the comforts of home as well as most of the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer - 24 hour security gate, walking/biking trails, full service restaurants, embassy suites hotel, l45 acres of lush tropical landscaping and 1/2 mile of white sandy beaches. Pier fishing is minutes away. A large fitness center, health club, tennis courts and racquetball are available at an additional charge. There is a substantial savings when you rent through owner, but due to changes made by Kingston management, there is no longer access to the water park if you are renting through owner. This applies to all of the plantation and includes all VRBO rentals and those through other agencies besides Kingston.

We've stayed in many units in Kingston Plantation..Brighton 1910 was, by far, the nicest unit we've ever rented. It is spacious and beautifully decorated...very comfortable for 3 adult couples each having our own bedroom with attached bath. The photos portray the unit exactly as it is. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
