Newly remodeled 3000+ square foot, waterfront home on Corpus Christi Bay with 2 fifty-foot boat docks in the world-famous Coastal Bend area near numerous water and wildlife attractions. Fully stocked Gourmet kitchen, spiral staircase, atrium, wrap-around deck, three upstairs bedrooms, detached bedroom with bathroom, half bath downstairs off kitchen/living area and a large master bath with washer/dryer, and gigantic shower are among the many amenities.

Deep-sea fish, bay fish, try your hand on the Texas Treasure or the Greyhound Race Track, view the S. Texas. Botanical Gardens, walk around the USS Lexington, take classes at the Rockport Center for the Arts, kayak, catch a Hooks baseball game, dine on fresh fish at Snoopy's, take the Whooping Crane tour, walk the beaches, watch fish at Texas State Aquarium; all within 30 minutes drive time.

So much to do you'll run out of time and want to come back! Or stay home and try your hand at fishing or crabbing right out the back door, play outdoor shuffleboard in the back yard, BBQ while watching the sunset, or enjoy the game room with 42" flat screen TV upstairs.
