Welcome to Pat's Pacific Place! We are located at the North Coast Village Beach Resort in beautiful Oceanside California. The resort sits on a clean, broad, sandy, rock free, surfing, and water sports beach. Within walking distance you can enjoy the fine dining, unique shops, and deep sea fishing at the Oceanside Harbor. Or, walk to the Oceanside Pier for fishing, dining and sight seeing.
Enjoy the wonderful Pacific Ocean sunsets from our roof top deck or our downstairs balcony. The unit is light and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. It has two parking spaces with 24 hour security staff. Facing Southwest, we capture the summer breeze and the winter's sunny warmth.
The livingroom has a sofa bed, entertainment center, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked. the balcony is just off the living room with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed and upstairs has two twin beds or one king size. Each bedroom has a whitewater view of the ocean.
North Coast Village is a condominium beach resort located right on the long, broad, clean, sandy beach. The resort has a beautiful pool, a weight and exercise room, three pool tables, ping pong tables, a small golf putting green, laundry rooms and a covered, secured parking patrolled 24 hour a day security staff.
