In the winter, this home is close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar ski areas. In the summer you will have access to Dollar Point Association heated pool, tennis courts and private beach and pier, or bike along the path into Tahoe City (only 2 miles) and beyond along the Truckee River or West Shore. Bike trails are abundant in the area. There are numerous shops in Tahoe City and fine restaurants all along the North Shore. Casinos are also about 15-20 minutes away.
