Sunset Island is a private, gated 37-acre resort complex located on the bay at 67th Street in Ocean City, Maryland.
Relax and enjoy all of the fantastic amenities that Sunset Island has to offer. These include a beautiful clubhouse with its heated indoor pool (the roof is retractable in warm weather), state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms with sauna/showers, and seasonal cafe, an amazing outdoor pool complex, which overlooks the bay and private beach. The island is surrounded by private beaches and walking trails that offer dramatic views of the bay, and is secured by a guarded(24/7) guarded, gated entry.
Sunset Island is just two blocks to the ocean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Our three bedroom, two bath condominium is a beautifully-decorated end unit that overlooks the central community park, which has a pond with fountains. Just beyond the pond is an interactive fountain for children's play. We have a picture-postcard view from our balcony of the pond, fountain and the bay. The Corner Store Market is easily accessible--right across the park.
The Master Bedroom has sliders to our balcony (and the beautiful view). It also offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet and private bath, featuring a large soaking tub.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and the children's room has a pyramid bunk (twin on top, double beneath) with a pull-out, twin-size trundle bed.
Entertainment is important to us, as we're sure it is to you. To that end we provide four televisons: one in each bedroom and a 37" LCD TV with surround sound in the Living Area. The Master Bedroom has a 28" flat screen TV, the guest bedroom has a TV with DVD player and the children's bedroom has a TV with VCR, along with a VHS Video Library. We provide you with a dock for your iPod in the Living Area as well as a stereo system and Nintendo Game Cube.
Sunset Island, at 67th street, has a great location within Ocean City. Because it is centrally located, it is easy to travel downtown (to the Boardwalk, Convention Center and amusements) as well as uptown (to North Ocean City, with it's great restaurants and Northside Park).
