Rates based on double occupancy - $15-25 per additional person, based on age.
10% Discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.
Deposit Requirements: High Season - $400; Low Season - $200.
5 Night Minimum; except Christmas/New Year's - two-week (14 day) minimum.
$100 Cleaning Fee for stays less than 7 days.
Cancellation/Chg Fee IS $75.00 IF NOTICE RECEIVED 6 MOS. OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
