Our superb Florida villa, which sleeps up to 10 people, comfortably, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a master en-suite) and a magnificent 30x15 private,screened, south-facing swimming pool overlooking a lake.

The villa is situated at Indian Point, which is a peaceful pleasant residential development, and is located just a few minutes drive from the attraction packed Highway 192 just off Poinciana Boulevard, and a short drive to Disney.

An X Box Game console is also included for your use, at no extra charge

Description
The modern spacious lounge is fully furnished to a high standard and carpeted throughout, with ceiling fan, cable TV/VCR Hi-Fi, & a X Box game console/DVD player. The room also has patio doors that lead through to the pool area.

The family dining area is situated just off the main lounge and is also furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the villa. For your convenience, there is a telephone in the property which is available for incoming and local outgoing calls at no extra charge.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast area for those quick meals and includes a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher, with the washing machine and tumble dryer situated in the double garage.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and cable TV, with en suite bathroom, has a large walk in shower, and a connecting door that leads to the pool area.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have two twin (single) beds and share the adjoining bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, and also shares the adjoining bathroom, all bedrooms have fully fitted walk-in wardrobes.

Going from the living area through patio doors you will find a covered patio area to sit under away from the sun. There are also comfortable sun loungers and patio furniture where you can relax and chill out by your own south facing 30x15 fully screened swimming pool, which is fenced off both sides for your own privacy, and you still have the view that overlooks a small lake area. Pool heating is available for an additional charge, but usually only required during October - April.


There are also tennis courts, basketball, childrens playground and a community pool at the rear of the villa which you are able to use.
