'It’s Five O’Clock Here' is a brand new luxury condominium located in Ariel Dunes II on scenic Hwy 98 with great views of the emerald green water and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This 4th floor unit has views of the gulf while providing easy access to Ariel Dunes’ own exercise gym, the beach, the heated pools, an 18-hole golf course, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and parking.

Inside the two-bedroom with bunk area, two-bath unit you will find all the amenities that you expect with luxury accommodations: nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully fitted kitchen.

The entire unit has been professionally decorated to reflect the relaxing atmosphere of the Emerald Coast. The dining area has a bar with seating and a dining table with seating for six. The living room features a large 40 inch flat panel television with DVD/CD player and stereo for your viewing pleasure. Wireless internet is furnished. There are 8 foot sliding glass doors that lead from the living room onto the furnished balcony where you can enjoy a drink and the views of the Gulf.

The master bedroom includes a king size bedroom suit with a flat panel TV and DVD/CD player. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The master bathroom features double vanities and a garden tub, with a separate shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bedroom suit with a flat panel TV and DVD/CD player. The second bedroom also has private access to the second bathroom.

The bunkroom has built in bunk beds that can accommodate children or adults in equal comfort. The bunkroom also has a flat screen TV with builtin DVD player.

The resort at seascape has an 18-hole golf course on the property and a second golf course. Emerald Dunes is located just off Hwy 98; both courses have reduced rates for guests. The property contains over 2000 feet of beachfront access to the white powder sands of the Gulf including water sports rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas. There are also eight tennis courts with discounts to guests, five pools, an on-site conference center and several fresh water lakes. Other amenities include the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill for seaside dining and live entertainment as well as great shopping at the near-by Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin’s Commons and all of Destin’s great restaurants.
