Awesome Condo for Rest, Relaxation, and Beach Access

The Condo was everything we expected: very clean, beautifully decorated, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and a perfect location to access the beach. Our two boys enjoyed playing basketball, swimming, and tennis at Cassine Gardens. We went on several walks in the nature preserve that is attached to Cassine Gardens. We spent most of our time at the beach and enjoyed the quiet and relaxing environment at the Condo in the evening. The kitchen was wonderful and we prepared most of our meals. The Publix grocery store was only a short drive away. We highly recommend the Condo to anyone looking for some rest, relaxation, and easy access to the beach.

Perfect Beach place

We stayed for 8 nights and I didn't want to leave. We have stayed across the street for 5 years and never knew about the incredible nature trails and the quiet area of Cassine. Our children were able to ride bikes without fear of the traffic on 30A - This condo was 200 yards from the 30A and we had no problem walking to the beach with our chairs and umbrella which they also provided. I loved that they left the storage room for us so we could put the sandy beach stuff up and didn't have to bring it in the condo. The pool was right in the back yard. The owners have done a wonderful job decorating - I actually wanted to bring the furniture and accessories home - Not only was this the perfect place it was close to my two favorite places to eat Angelina's and Gravel Road so we could bike. I look forward to staying here again!

My girlfriend's and I attended a wedding in November and stayed in John and Valerie's condo for the weekend, and had such a wonderful time! It was such a pleasure renting from them, they were so kind and accomodating from the get-go. When we arrived at the unit we were so delighted; it was spotless, beautifully decorated and just steps from the beach. We loved the area so much, we're pondering another trip in the Spring!

This is our second visit to your wonderful home and we've had the best time. No oil in sight, thankfully, and we pray it stays that way. My niece had never been to the Gulf (she's a west coast girl) and she couldn't get over the warm water and beautiful sand. What a wonderful and memorable week. We can't wait to come back!

We spent last week at the condo and had a great time. It was very comfortable. and it was great having a kitchen to cook in. It was very easy to get groceries at the Publix (which also had this really great cranberry pumpkin seed bread). The kids loved going to the beach in the mornings and hanging out at the pool in the afternoons. We're all ready to go back!

We had a wonderful girls weekend. The condo was roomy enough for five-six and the pool was just steps away, through a nice grassy area. The beach was across the street but not a far walk at all. The condo was very, very clean and nicely decorated. We had a great time! Thanks so much!

What a great vacation spot! We have truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much for sharing your beach get away with us. We are already trying to decide when we can come back. We enjoyed watching our boys learn to skim board, bloody knees and sore behinds but no broken bones! We are leaving here with some great family memories, a great tan and plenty of R&R. The condo is very nice and tastefully decorated - a rarity for beach property. The beach is literally just a moment's walk away - close enough to hear the sound of the ocean from the balconies. We are already planning to go back!

Great condo with lots of conveniences. It is an easy walk to the beach, even with small children. In the condo complex, it is also just steps out the back door to the pool. For kids, there is also a nice back yard area and lots of trails and walking paths to explore. Bike riding in and around the complex is also fun and it is very easy to get to the miles of bike paths that line Fort Walton beach. The condo itself is very cozy and comfortable and decorated with families as well as adult guests in mind. Lots of nice touches! Thanks for sharing your place. We will be back!

Val and John, Spring break at your beach place was great!
