There's nothing so beautiful as the sound of the surf, the view of the turquoise blue green water and pristine white sand beaches. Spend the day just watching the water change colors, watching the surf, the seagulls, the herons and the pelicans splash in the water. Most summer days you'll also see dolphins swimming by. In late August you may see sea turtles hatching. And in the fall, look for the manawars jumping across the water. In April, there's the cobia tornament so you see a lot of boats out in the gulf.

Whether you enjoy sitting on the beach or being inside, out of the sun, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from this spacious gulf front townhouse! Beautifully furnished great room with relaxing beach decore and a huge deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful white sandy beach. Great room has recessed lights, 18" tile floors, comfortable goose down filled couch and double chairs with ottomans.

The three bedrooms, three baths include gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV and private master bath with tiled shower. Second bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and private bath, third bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed and bath. Wireless internet.

Navarre beach activities include miles of unspoiled white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway for shelling, swimming, kayaking, sailing, fishing, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, and wildlife viewing. We also have a multi-use bike path for biking, walking, or jogging. You can rent bikes, kayaks, and surf boards by the week or day at very reasonable rates.

Less than 2 miles east of "Island Time" is the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. It's great for fishing or watching people pull in some big ones.

    • The multi-use path on Navarre Beach is my favorite amenity. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I ride my bike and the scenery is awesome. Walking out on the Longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf here on Navarre Beach and watching the fishermen is another favorite thing to do. They also have a Bar & Grill with live music. I also Love the sunsets at Juana's Pogoda's. It's also entertaining in the summer to watch the volleyball tournaments there and usually they have live bands on the weekends. The Navarre Chamber hosts free concerts at the foot of the bridge on Thursday nights in the summer, & Pensacola Beach hosts free concerts on the Gulf on Tuesday nights. It's a beautiful 20 minute drive through the National Seashore to shop, eat, and see other places on Pensacola Beach as well. Another must see while you're here is the Naval Museum in Pensacola, Home of the Blue Angels. Hope to see you soon!

Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2000

The first time I saw the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico was in 1981. It was truly the most beautiful scenery I'd had ever seen. It had been my dream to have a place of my own on the Gulf. Now, I have two. I've lived on Navarre Beach since 1991. I bought "Island Time" in 2000. I had 4 wonderful and amazing years living there and saw dolphins jump up out of the water, watched sea turtle nests hatch and assisted them to the gulf, picked up star fish one morning, and the birds... pelicans, seagulls, herons, sandpipers are abundant & beautiful. In 2007, I decided to offer it as a vacation rental. I enjoy meeting people from different places and hope they enjoy life on the Gulf of Mexico from " Island Time" as much as I have.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

"Island Time" is a two mile walk or bike ride to the Longest Fishing Pier on the Gulf or Juana's Pagoda & Sailor's Grill. If you have bikes, you can bring them & keep them in the garage.

Thank you Terri. Everyone really enjoyed the accomodations, especially my father. The weather and nature came through for us also.Sorry we didn't get to see you in person, but hopefully next year, as we plan to return depending on availability.

Great Condo

My family and I stayed in July 2011 and we had a great time. The pictures don't do the views we received justice. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony and the kids had a private sand area just off the condo to play in and set up a volleyball net. The walk to the beach was just over the sand dunes. Not crowded at all. The lady that rented it to us was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property ecspecially to big families.

"Island Time" What a perfect Name!

Date of Stay: 03/27/11 Review Submitted: 05/29/11

My husband and I spent a wonderfully relaxing week at "Island Time" He went to fish and it was a short drive to the pier and to Pensecola Beach. I went for some R & R. Went to the beach and enjoyed the sand and beautiful gulf waves. The water was cold, however we were there late March early April. The condo looks just like the pictures. Bigger that what we expected and is also considered a pet friendly unit. Our dog loved the deck located just off the living room. Had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon. Terri was great to work and was always in touch via email. Thanks Terri!!!

Owner response:Thank you!

Fun at Island Time

Date of Stay: 03/25/11 Review Submitted: 03/27/11

We had a great time at Island Time even though it was a short stay. If you want a beautiful location on a quiet beach with great accommodations this is the place. The water was too cold during this time of the year (Late March) but the weather was perfect. Watching dolphins in the surf from the balcony was awesome. Delicious seafood is a very short drive as well as anything you might need while here. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Owner response:Thank you. Living close by, I try to make sure Island Time is clean & comfortable for all the guests that visit.

My family and I stayed here in May 2009. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and wanted a beach setting. The unit is pet-friendly so we were able to bring my dog along. Very laid-back, quiet beach was superb. Love, love, love it!!! Thanks so much for a memorable stay.

We stayed at Island Time the summer of '08 and are returning this year. It is just a beautiful condo that is well maintained, with a gorgeous view. The kids have a blast on the private beach. After searching through all the properties available, I found Island Time to be the best accommodation at a very reasonable price.
