Kona Shores is an ocean-side complex with wonderful ocean and sunset views that provide a tranquil yet breathtaking atmosphere that speaks pure vacation.

Our condo offers you a one-bedroom unit with king-sized bed, pull-out queen sofa bed, newly remodeled bathroom with "large step-in shower/seat", new plush carpet, new entry and kitchen flooring, beautiful new Averte Natural Fold blinds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and cable with new flat screen TV, VCR/DVD/CD player, Telephone for local island calling and dial up internet, Beach Towels, chairs, coolers are provided.
Our condo has a very comfortable lanai with a partial ocean view, a beautiful setting for your evening dinner or cocktails with guests.
All this can be yours for only $80 ($90 for less than 1 week) per night plus tax (12.25%) and a refundable security deposit of $150-$250 ( if there are no damages). An additional $80 fee will be added for cleaning. Minimun stay is 3 days. Email or call for monthly rates and complete information.

- This quiet residential air-conditioned condo is just one mile south of quaint "Kona village". A light breeze keeps the 80 degree plus weather comfortable in the afternoons. The condo is situated where the mountain/ocean breeze flows through in the evening. Take a dip down at the oceanside pool that perches on a lava point. Walk to the sea on the concrete path along the pool to watch the sunset over Kailua pier at the other side of the Bay.

Really enjoyed our 3rd time in your condo. Very nice improvements, i.e. New plush carpet, bamboo curtains, bed spread. You keep it very neat. We love it here! We recommend night snorkles with the manta rays. Will call you for the future dates in your condo.
