Kona Shores complex was built reflecting a lovely Hawaiian aura, and is located just one mile south of the village of Kailua-Kona on Alli Drive.

Kona Shores is an ocean-side complex with wonderful ocean and sunset views that provide a tranquil yet breathtaking atmosphere that speaks pure vacation.

Kona Shores offers you a beautiful, oceanfront swimming pool. Pool refurbished with new quartzite decking (2010). Watch the spinner dolphins during the day, and the spectacular sunsets in the evening. Fish from the lava rocks on property.

Our condo offers you a one-bedroom unit with king-sized bed, high quality bedding, pull-out queen sofa bed, remodeled bathroom with "large step-in shower/seat", new plush carpet, new entry and kitchen flooring, beautiful new Averte Natural Fold blinds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, new flat screen TV (Cable)DVD/CD player, secure internet, beach towels, chairs, coolers are provided. Bring your cell phone for any telephone calls.

Our condo has a very comfortable lanai with a partial ocean view, a beautiful setting for your evening dinner or cocktails with guests. We have ambiance lights for your added enjoyment on the lanai.
All this can be yours for only $80 per night plus tax (13.417%) and a refundable security deposit of $150-$250 If there are no damages, a refund will be made within 2 weeks from departure. An additional $100 fee will be added for cleaning. Minimun stay is 3 days. Email or call for monthly rates and complete information. Any cancellation made less than 60 days prior to the arrival will be charged 1/2 of your payment.

  • This quiet residential air-conditioned condo is just one mile south of quaint Historic Kailua Village, Kona. A light breeze keeps the 80 degree plus weather comfortable in the afternoons. The condo is situated where the mountain/ocean breeze flows through in the evening. Take a dip down at the ocean front pool that perches on a lava point. Walk to the sea on the concrete path along the pool to watch the sunset over Kailua pier at the other side of the Bay. Free secure wireless internet and safe recently installed.
