Within the gated community, facilities include a Mediterranean Style Club House with gym, tennis court, children's indoor play area, sand volleyball court, and a palm garden. There is also a fantastic restaurant and bar on-site which serves lunch and dinner, ideal if you don't want to journey too far after a busy day adventuring.
This brand new, beautiful villa is based at the gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities. With over 2106 square feet of living space and two-storey high, this is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing.
The villa is made up of five bedrooms (two queen master suites, one full bed and two twin bedrooms), three and a half bathrooms (two en-suite), a games room, a 26 by 13 foot private pool with spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai, a dining room, a large living room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a large screen television with cable TV and DVD system & WiFi Internet.
The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably. For those with infants, a crib and a high chair are included for free.
