Directly across from the Winter Park Resort, welcome to Standing Bear Lodge in the prestigious Lakota development. Relax in front of the fire in the vaulted ceiling living room with log accents after a day of skiing and exploring. Have an espresso to highlight the start or end of your day. Our town home is in a great location for both winter and summer activities. We're across the street from the north entrance to Winter Park Ski Resort and only 40 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park. Take the private weekend shuttle (during ski season) or the town shuttle either to the slopes or into the business district.
The signature Lakota subdivision is directly across the street from the Winter Park Ski Resort and borders the Arapaho National Forest. Pull out of the private heated garage and out of the addition, cross US 40, and you’re at the Resort (less than one quarter mile)! Wireless internet, separate Den/Game Room for the kids, entry level master bedroom, entry level laundry center, radiant in-floor heat, hot tub, barbecue grill, and two decks in this 2,100+ foot townhome are just a few of the amenities.
The entry level includes a living room with fireplace, dining room, gourmet kitchen with espresso maker, a half bath, a master bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and an attached heated private garage. The master bath also includes double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, and separate oversize shower. The laundry center and mudroom are just off the garage and include complimentary soap and fabric softener.
The lower level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, each with private baths. French doors lead to the lower level deck and six person hot tub. All you have to do is enjoy, as the hot tub is on a regular maintenance schedule.
The loft overlooks the living area and the impressive views of the ski resort. Equipped with a large television and many games for the children, this area is great for a kid’s game room. Included in the main loft living area is a couch convertible to a bed. There are bunk beds off the game room area of the loft in a separate small bedroom.
This is a great child-friendly, comfortable town home convenient to the slopes. It’s setup makes multi-family occupancy a dream. All you have to do is bring your skis and/or hiking boots for a great vacation! Don’t hesitate to call or email to discuss amenities and availability.

Hi! We're recently retired and have always loved to travel. We were introduced to Winter Park many years ago, as Craig's dad had a condo when Craig was growing up. We've since seen the Resort grow into a world-class venue for both winter and summer activities.
