This recently renovated, two-story lakefront home is the perfect retreat for a long weekend or family vacation. It is ideally situated on Lake Oconee just three miles from the Ritz Carlton, Restaurants, Golf and Shopping.
Your home has three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Both the upstairs and downstairs master bedrooms have magnificent lake views with double doors opening to the outside and are furnished with queen sized beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. If extra sleeping accommodations are required, the sofa easily converts to a bed.
The kitchen is completely equipped and opens to a warm, gracious family room, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. Your family room provides for great lake front sitting and opens out onto a large screened-in porch with a seating area, dining table and ceiling fans – delivering a calming breeze any time of day or night.
The downstairs has a wonderful play area, complete with games and toys – making for a great retreat for the kids to throw down sleeping bags and camp out. This room opens out onto a slate patio complete with a four person hot tub overlooking the lake – the ultimate in stress relief.
An open, sloping lawn leads down to a large dock in deep water for swimming, sun bathing, fishing or just kicking back and watching one of the famous Oconee sunsets. If water skiing, tubing or fishing is your passion, there is a boat rental marina close-by. If you own your own boat, a private community boat ramp is available for you to use.

Hi! We hope you enjoy this lakehouse as much as we do. We both love going here when we're not in school. There is so much to do. We love the water and the lake is awesome for swimming, boating and fishing. Mom and Dad love it too. Dad doesn't even use his blackberry here and that never happens.

The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a very private property located in a cove with spectacular views of the lake. There is a sloping lawn that leads down to the lake and a private dock. The deep water dock is great for sunbathing, swimming, fishing or just hanging out. If you own your own boat and jet skis there is a free private launch that you can use close by to the dock.
The yard is large and fully visible from the house. It's perfect for kids to play in without worry of losing sight of them.
If hanging-in is what you want, then this home has it all. A large hot tub overlooking the lake is situated on the main deck. A recreation room with pool, ping-pong and video games opens out onto the main deck. The main living area is has a large 52" LCD Home Theatre System. Use our DVD's or rent the latest release at the nearby rental store.
This home is only a couple of minutes from town where you have access to the area's restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
