The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV and ceiling fan.
There is a hall bathroom for these two bedrooms that has two separate vanities, a linen closet and tub/shower.
The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom. Good for your guests or additional family members.
The den has a large, leather sleeper couch, TV, video games, vaulted ceiling with fan, and high-speed internet connection. There is a third bathroom (powder room) connected by a hallway to the den and the living room. An extra guest bathroom.
The family room has two leather couches and chair, vaulted ceiling and fan, TV, DVD, surround sound, large bay window with a view of the backyard. It is located next to the kitchen, eating area, and has access to the lanai. Bright, open and spacious.
The living/dining room has two extra-large, very comfortable chenille couches, vaulted ceiling and fan, TV, DVD, piano, extra dining table, many board games, and access to the lanai.
The kitchen has maple cabinets with granite counters, island, stainless appliances, bar refrigerator, pantry, dining table and view of lanai and family room.
The sun-filled lanai has a large swimming pool with a shallow and deep end, spa, built-in Jenn-air grill, an outdoor counter for serving, two paddle fans, outdoor pool shower, and seating for twelve with two separate tables that seat six each. The pool and spa are in the sun during the day and the seating areas are covered and shaded under fans. Access to the master bedroom, living/dining room and family room/kitchen from lanai. Perfect for entertaining.

to purchase it from family members. The home was completely remodeled in 2006---new kitchen
and bathrooms! Pool and spa completely remodeled in 2008---lovely! Quiet and peaceful
