Have a Dog? We love dogs. Do not leave your baby at home. This is a beautiful home with an enclosed, gated front patio. We dog sit a lot and leave our front door open, so that a pup can go in and out into the sunshine. We have two patios to catch the ray or shade any time of the day.
The neighbors are great and look forward to meeting new people. We are in a new community and all the facilities are under 3 years old. We have bicycles for you and there are trails to hike, both paved and dirt.
We have a new shopping center that just opened this fall right across the street from our community with Safeway,bank,drug store etc. Just 3 miles away with SuperTarget, Starbucks, Kohls and a ton of other stores. The Trilogy Golf Course is beautiful and has a wonderful bar and restaurant. All we can tell you is that we are wonderful landlords, something breaks, we are there immediately to fix it, so if you are a wonderful renter give us a call. We always end up being friends with our renters and we would love to meet you.

- Pet Friendly: When we are in town we are "dog sitters" so we know how wonderful it is to travel with your dog. Your dog is welcome here ;-)
- Senior Adults Only Community: At least one renter (who is signing the agreement) must be 45 years of age or older.
- Kid Friendly: Children and grandchildren are allowed to visit up to 30 days in Trilogy. They are also very welcome for shorter visits. The outdoor poor is open to children from 10am to 3pm each day. There is a children's park, basketball court and water play area.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: At least one person in the renting party (who must sign the lease) must be 45 years old or older.
- Smoking Not Allowed: This community is basically non-smoking. Our home is non-smoking. The clubhouse and pool areas are non-smoking too.
